I have contacted ubisoft support 4 times and sony also.... they all have their heads in their _sses. they can't help and act like they have no idea there is a problem or even care .... almost two weeks now and cant upload tracks "uploading failed" screen every time. says I'm not sogned in but I am. I bought dl content just for track editor...... waste of money, cant share tracks.
3 days of trouble shooting with 4 chats with ubisoft support 1 chat with sony .... a Static IP address, port forwarded, default DMZ, manual connection on my ps4 etc. etc. the list goes on and nothing works. I spent my money on dl content to use in track editor which is pointless and a waste of time and money because I get uploading failed screen all the time now for about two weeks.... will this be fixed on your end? there is nothing wrong on my end.Originally Posted by Redlynx_Shogun Go to original post
Congradulations on having nothing smart to say by the way.... no surprise there!!Originally Posted by Rudhelm Go to original post
The good news is, we should have plenty of good tracks once this is fixed. I just noticed this issue today.
I finished the most not amazing build with superior under par decor and a tremendously average driveline. The world needs to see this asap. I hope this will be resolved in the next few days. I guess it's been 9 days now?
I'm venturing out and saying it's a server issue, as it's on all platforms. I'm bummed for the noobs who just got Trials and want to get their track out there, then hit this wall. Actually, no...I don't care about them![]()
Hello,
First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Be sure that our engineers are investigating the problem.
For now there is a small workaround which may help you to upload new tracks.
Just keep trying to share a track even if you get a connection error message. On PC – every second try was successful, on PS4 – we had to try it several times (around 3-4) to make it successful.
Although I’m not sure about X1 version unfortunately.
I know it’s not a proper solution, but at least it may help some of you.
I will let you know if we get any update.
Regards,
Rude...the secret is to try 51 times. That last one tends to work...but not always, actually....neverOriginally Posted by Rudhelm Go to original post
