the bottom line is that I can only play matches 1 on 1 or 2 by 2. The capture or destruction I can not play because of the error!

I was sure to buy this awesome looking game....but I realized that I spend more time trying to connect to a game than actually playing...so I will just save the money this time, might reconsider if the problem is fixed before end of open BETA.

I have gone through every possible troubleshooting issue, searched everywhere for a solution. I agree with the comments above, the error is on Ubisofts end. I can only play 1v1 or 2v2 on occasion, otherwise i get the same error. I share the exact same opinions and really want a fix. Hoping the patch that occurs overnight will fix this (Overnight where i live)
In the patch notes, ones that stated changes from closed to open beta it says
PC only for OB: fixed a bug where you could “hang” in a zombie session making all attempts to join a new session ending with an error message finishing by “004” or “008”.
This fairly accurately describes the issue, although they believe it was fixed.

At this point I just think the best thing to do is to keep sending in tickets whenever you're experiencing a problem, as Ubisoft obviously isn't reading any of this.
Tell them you already tried their idiotic methods to get an open NAT code (although honesty... for this much cash customers shouldn't even have to be doing all of this imho), but that it still won't bloody work.
Seriously WTF Ubisot i am really starting to getting just as ****ing pissed as all the other huge whinerposts.. This is seriously bad i can't play with any of my friends, it worked in Open Beta and now no one can group up.
The worst part is i have had a open NAT all the time which i still do at this very instant
