A lot of it's down to preference, I don't think many of them have a clear good-bad.

Revenge mode duration or exhaustion recovery, if you're really good at managing stamina then the former obviously. But otherwise either seems fine.

I don't feel execution health regen is that great, you already regen a chunk on execute to begin with and in 4v4 modes there's other ways to heal yourself. Block damage is how much damage you do to blocking enemies which I think only applies to heavy attacks, which people will try to parry rather than block. So... I think both are lacking but if you have to choose between the two I'd go with execution health regen.

Attack, defence and stamina cost reduction is entirely preference I feel.

Feat cooldown reduction reduces the downtime on using feats, which are the four skills you get from leveling up during 4v4 matches. If you're only choosing passive feats this is obviously useless, but if you have active abilities it may be useful. Revenge defence is nice but I'd go with gain on defence as it's more important to have it up earlier/more frequently.

Throw distance is how far you throw people, usually with some variation of guardbreak. How useful you find this depends on your character. Revenge gain by injury... eh. If you take lots of damage then sure it's a nice crutch.

Attack and anything that boosts stamina regen or exhaustion recovery. The only real benefit to the raider is the grapple charge/throw and the one-hit power of his heavy attacks. You may as well play to his strenghts - such as they are - until he gets fixed.
