I am getting the same issue as you and I have no idea what the problem is. If someone could help us figure this out it would be great. I can't find any matches except for duels! Same error code. I've been trying to get a match for 2 days and no resolution. the first day of the beta it was working, but now it is not.
It wouldn't make sense that it would allow me to join duels and occasionally brawls, but not other things. Sometimes when I try to join an elimination match, it says server full, error 0004000009, other wise its just a network error of 0004000004
I once got lucky and found a match with elimination vs AI anda dominion vs AI but after many attempts. It seems like I have a limit on how many people the match will let me handle? Im not completely sure but its really upsetting to not be able to play properly. I find this really odd and I took a look at those troubleshooting issues. I tried some but logically they don't all seem relevant to the problem here. I know a couple other people who have this issue as well and I looked up online, I have looked literally everywhere, but nothing seems to be solving this issue.
2 days ago everything worked perfectly. During the closed beta, i didn't have this issue and nothing has changed with my internet. Please help us out, Ubisoft. I don't know if I am willing to buy the full game now, knowing I can only run 1 gamemode properly.
Yea I've been getting the same error code. I can only duel and occasionally 2v2. Not once have I been able to get into any 4v4's. It just doesn't make sense to be a connection issue because I can connect to duels. Also, my internet has never had issues before so it isn't that. It is upsetting not to be able to play all the game modes.
The same error that describe these guys. 04 except at the end and at one bout 2 to 1 or 2 nothing works! I was able to find a game once in a capture mode! Once in 3 days! If you do not resolve this error, I'll just make a refund in SteamOriginally Posted by UbiFancy Go to original post

The standard help desk response of "check your stuff" is expected, but this is clearly failure to load test. Another reason UBI needed to use dedicated servers (beyond the obvious points). With authoritative servers, they could have load tested easily with mock clients to smash the dedicated servers with 80% of the pre-order numbers to get an understanding of limits prior to launch.
I`ve got the same Problems. Today Morning I´ve deinstalled the whole game and open Beta und donwloaded it again. I´ve got a green NAT,disabled my Firewall and at least it won`t work.
Dear Ubisoft....It can`t be the solution that most of the User have to reconfigure their PC`s due the fact that you`re not able to release a working Game. If there will be no patch in the next days to solve these f**** Problems, than this one will be last Game I´ve bought with Ubisoft as Publisher.
