They used to have at least one more execution for each character back in the Alphas and the 1st tech test. The Kensei had one called "Insert new spine" which was my favourite and the Orochi had one called "guts then chops".
No idea why they were removed and if they'll ever bring them back.
They were probably removed from the beta so they don't display all of the content before the game releases, it's extremely likely they'll be added back in in the full game.
