When ever i party up with a friend. and queue up.

he joins and mine says cannot join. and im kicked from the party.
Some times it works but most times it doesn't.

Any one else having this issue?

I'm having the same problems with a friend of mine. Sometimes we get a game, sometimes we just can't.

I logged in to voice the same concern. I am not able to play with my brother. We are able to form a party successfully, however once we start a match, our party 'disbands' and we have to try to rejoin each others game, and we just keep getting kicked out of the group. It would be great of hte system just tells us if we can be in a party or not, rather than giving us false hope over and over again.
