I'm using an xbox one controller plugged in via USB on windows 10. When using LT to lock on if I hit RT to do a heavy attack it pulls me out of lock. Once I let go of RT then it relocks on. I have to restart the game when this happens for it to correct.

I've also noticed in practice mode under duels I am only able to select bots level 0 and 1, even though it says up to level 3 is possible. Not sure if it's a beta thing or a bug.
