Uninstalled after finishing, but continues to try to install registries

I have tried to sum up my problem in the title, but here is a more detailed explanation of my problem.
I have uninstalled Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon after finishing the story and mopping up all the collectables. However, whenever I boot up my computer and log in, shortly after reaching the desktop a cmd.exe window opens and checks for the Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon registries and, finding none, attempts to open regedit and install them. This wouldn't bother me if not for the fact that it triggers the permission window which I have to close. Neither option of allow access or deny seems to have any effect as the install presumably fails after finding no instructions and the program closes.

I don't quite know if this is the right place to put this, but I don't see a problem reporting thread and this seems to be the best place for it.

For anyone asking, yes I have googled this problem, no I didn't find anything like this at all and no it's not easy to pick out the right search to describe my problem so I might not have found something that used completely different keywords to what I was looking for.

i have a very similar problem, but my game is still installed.
Anyway did you try to disable the fcbd.bat application loading on windows startup, in the task manager?

I hadn't seen a fcbd.bat loading on startup, but now I know what I'm looking for, I'll see if I can find it.

Looked in Startup on Task manager: nothing. Not even anything that I can't confirm isn't associated with Far Cry.
Even searched my entire hard drives (using Search Everything) and it doesn't come up with anything called just fcbd.bat. A few long random-looking filenames relating to minecraft mods and a load in something called WinSxS contain the string "fcbd", but searching for "fcbd.", or more, returns nothing.

First noticed after uninstalling, maybe I should have put that in the first post. Oh well.
