    Things to add into the game, & Ideas for more Guns, Clothing/Gear. Changes & Fixes.

    .....................Things that could possibly be changed.......................

    -Up the bullet velocity, and reduce the bullet drop drastically.

    -Changing the switch shoulder button to something that does not bring the player's index finger off the trigger, as this greatly limits one's reaction times in close quarters.

    -Increase the aiming speed (so that one can shift their point of aim while aiming down sights faster) as it's currently hard to move one's point of aim from one target to another quickly (especially in close quarters combat).

    -Option to lock aiming to 3rd person for Assault Rifles, SMG's, PDW's so one does not inadvertently go into 1st person in close quarters scenarios.

    -A setting to remove enemy positions (highlighted in orange or purple) from mini map, just have a mini map without any addition information on it.

    -More scope/optic options for the machine guns they would benefit from the already existing 4x optics and magnifiers in the game, maybe an ACOG 6x48 as another option.

    -Enemy AI being alerted when a helicopter lands nearby.

    -Fixing the size of the mini guns they seem to be at the incorrect size by a considerable amount, may not be able to be changed but if possible would be nice they look cartoony at the current size, or just replace them with any of the ones in the line below.

    -More mounted guns on cars and machine gun emplacements such as a DShK, and Browning M2 .50, 240b, and PKM.

    -Limiting the helicopter response to 1-3 at tops over 10-30min. I spent about an hour blowing up attack helicopters that came in every 5-10 seconds that is not good gameplay. Bolivia does not have any attack helicopters zero... Honestly, would be happy just to get rid of them all togeather as a response vehichle keep one or two on the map that a player can find. Limit the amount of helicopters placed on the map as well this ain't Oprah everyone shouldn't get a damn helicopter.

    -Increasing the enemy ground vehicle response time, and increasing the time between more enemy cars showing up, as well as decreasing the number of cars in total.

    -There is a Muzzle Break in the game that that is described as a "Compensator" should allow for quick detach mounting of suppressors (as said muzzle brake is clearly designed to accept one) but does not allow for one to mount a suppressor on it for some reason. This should be fixed.

    -Change the muzzle flash, it looks ridiculously cartoony (giant 2 square foot X) don't look right.

    -Increasing Flashbang effectiveness, think it's not as effective as it should be the effects dissipate to quickly.

    -30 round mags as standard, 20 round mag as an option but not the default unless the weapon comes with one as standard.
    Have the PMAG 40 actually have 40 rounds, and not 50 rounds (this isn't The Division). Use the Magpul PMAG D60 with 60 rounds to replace the 50 round mag, it's allready in the game on one of the special rifles....

    -Ability to use only a handgun (that is concealed) and no primary/secondary long guns/weapons on one's back, it kinda blows the whole clandestine operations thing when one can walk thru a village/town with two guns on ones back and it does not compromise the mission when you walk by 13 civilians who would most likely rat you out to the cartel or at the very least cause a panic. Possibly have the ability to conceal a small PDW/SMG in a backpack (would be nice to have less overt tacticool backpacks Mystery Ranch, Hill People Gear, & Seek Outside would be good options for more covert looking backpacks within the right earthtone color spectrum).

    -Civilians should have a larger impact on ones mission one could gather intel on targets/missions by asking them for information this may mean bribing them. In addition the civilians living in close proximity to cartell outposts/territory should be able to rat out the player to the cartel and would be less likely to help one of the ghosts as they would have to live with the concequenses of being a rat in cartel tarritory.

    -Helicopter flying should be altered my recommendation would be something like "Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising's" flying mechanics.

    -Black & White thermal as a menu option for the thermal goggles or the primary option, and the ability to switch between white hot and black hot thermal. FLIR thermal optics, or forward mounted clip on thermal devices would be a good addition as well.

    -Fix the colors camo patterns of certain clothing/gear items not matching one another ie one being lighter or darker than another item in the same pattern/color.

    -Change the thermal vision to be activated thru another button than the NVG's. It's anoying to have to switch thru the two trying to turn the NVG's ON or OFF.

    -Fix the bullet splash, it's far to exaggerated 5-10ft splashes of sparks when a metal surface is impacted and 8-12ft dirt splash when the ground is impacted (might be mostly with the snipers and the miniguns).

    -Decrease the brightness (how light the standard Multicam is) as is I'm not sure it blends in with anything. Also the Multicam Alpine doesn't look much like the real pattern at all.

    -Increase distance mortars can be dropped. (get rid of the mortar that spawns right next to where the mortars are going to strike make it be fired from much further away or just out of sight to the player not 100m away....)

    -Change the enemy firearms to be black and not white/white camo.

    -If possible change what guns the enemies use to be something more
    believable/realistic AK47's, HK G3, FN FAL, IMI Uzi, FN FNC, PKM, FN MAG, HK 53, HK 33, IMI Galil, and FN MAG, PKM, DsHK, M2 .50 as mounted guns to replace the mini guns.

    Some have said there is an audio tape that tries to explain some of the out of place firearms. Personally I don't think shoehorning in exposition to explain something that is completely out of place excuses it in the slightest. So I don't buy for a second the explination of why cartel/unidad all seem to have very expensive and extremely rare guns given to them by the US gov't I would still say that it completely lacks believability one can look at the pictures from when the ATF gave a Mexican Cartel firearms a few years back in an attempt at a sting operation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATF_gunwalking_scandal) most of those guns were of very poor quality (I don't see any reason the US gov't or any gov't would spend more money to arm rebels/cartel when far cheaper altrnatives would suffice).

    -Option for players to change the 3rd person aiming reticle/crosshair, to just a dot. Could be a default option for ghost/extreme mode.

    -Make the Coaxial Machine Gun on the APC actually function.

    -Driving, way too bouncy over all.

    -Fixing the aesthetic and function of the Command wheel. 1st off it would be nice not to have the command wheel to be very off-putting bright colors, black-grey that is semi translucent color would be much less intrusive. More comands such as formations wedge, vee, line, column, echelon, diamond, and staggered column for example. More fleshed out rules of engagement. Look at Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising for a good example of how to make a command wheel and what to put in one for console.

    -Fix the ELCAN Specter DR Reticle https://1shotgear.com/sites/default/...?itok=A5A_IYEo anything with hold overs would be better what is in the game allready on the Specter DR.

    -Fix the field of view on the scopes/optics in the Beta a few of them functioned in an incorrect manner the field of view increases when going up in magnification.

    -Fix the lack of semi automatic as a fire modes on all weapons in the game that should have Semi Auto as a fire mode option on the selector switch should have it with no further modifications to the weapon. Semi auto is the standard, there should be no weapon that only has full auto/burst fire as the only fire mode option unless it has that in real life.

    -Semi-automatic fire should be as fast as the player can pull the trigger, and not artificially limited so that the player can only get off "X" amount of shots before the game has an artificial pause in one's fire before one can continue shooting.

    -Red dots & red dots with magnifiers for the MK14 and SR25 are much needed

    -Need more ammo for the semi auto DMR's/Snipers like the MK14, SR25, and SVD one can carry plenty of 7.62 mags & should not be limited to 60 rounds.

    -Forward grips on the 6P41.

    -Semi Auto for the R5 RGP.

    -Allow the Scorpion side arm to have a suppressor and semi-auto fire mode.

    -Red dots with magnifiers for the Machine guns.

    -Suppressors for machine guns (Russians use them on PKM & PKP's, Plenty of companies make suppressors for Machine Guns now and they are not anywhere near as long as the one in game...)

    -Surbu Super Shorty shotgun should have one round in the chamber so it would have 3 shotshells instead of 2.


    -Unidad Response when chasing the player should be more so on foot than by any kind of vehicle when they chase you on foot it's actually fun and a can be a challenge 12-16 guys chasing one up the side of a mountain is Good Gamplay, anoying helicopters/guntrucks not so much have them dismount when possible to chase the player. Helicopters could drop off people flanking the player of the player, while cars drop off people to chase the player on foot. Unidad should not shoot out the side of the cars makes for annoying Gameplay have the gunner shoot but not the passengers.

    -Lose the side mounted rail on the AK47 when only using Iron sights, also give the option to use a Russian triangle side folder stock not sure why someone put the Hungarian AMD-65 wire side folder stock (widly considered one of the worst stocks ever made, though if you keep that stock give the option to use the AMD-65 handuard/vertical grip.https://www.slickguns.com/sites/defa...N-AMD_rt-D.jpg) When only useing iron sights again why would anyone cary extra weight of a top rail that cant be used? In the future try to use good rails Like the RS Regulate rails, Midwest Industries Railed Gastube with M-Lok handguard, The Zenit B10M lower rail w/Zenit B19N upper rail, or Ultimak gastube rail.)

    -Fix the the AUG magazines add the a 30 round mag and make the 42 round mag that you are trying to pass off as a 30 round mag in the game a 42 round mag. Just stop with the we can pass this off as stuff it's not. It's insulting to anyone who knows better. You are making a shooter so have people who know about firearms, again getting something so simple wrong just detracts from all the things you got right.

    -The placement of vertical/angled grips are either too far forward or laughably too far back to the point they would not add any functionality that's just ergonomics one can't debate that in the slightest it's just being ignorant of the subject matter. With the Saiga 12 for example one could not rock the magazine in or out of the magwell meaning one would not be able to reload...

    -SVD shoots to the right of the center of ones point of aim/center of the optic....

    -P416 should have better damage. No reason any 5.56x45mm should be any more or less powerful out of the same length barrel in another gun in any meaningful way if so they would be nearly indiscernible only states that should change is handling characteristics if you want a change in damage/balistics add more calibers (6.8 SPC) (.300 blackout) (6.5 creedmore) etc...

    -Fix the first of the two muzzle breaks you call "Compensators" it has the ports in the wrong directions should be to the 3-9 o'clock of the barrel not the 6-12 o'clock as that would jack up ones sight picture in low light enviroments (even more so than a muzzle break would normally) hence why that muzzle device is designed to be used in conjunction with a suppressor, it would also ruin the functionality of the break as well as kick up a metric f*%kton of dust, sand, dirt, or debris. This one just makes me question why whomever made that mistake has a job, that level of incompetence is inexcusable.

    -Need to fix the Magpul UBR it's not used properly in game the entire point of the UBR is to maintain the same cheek weld on the stock even when the stocks length of pull is extended. https://www.magpul.com/products/ubr-collapsible-stock





    ....................Things to add into the game......................


    -6+ player CO-OP

    -Hiding bodies/more stealth components.

    -Additional placement markers. Seems each player can place one or two markers in the beta. For the purposes of better coordination/planning for different contingencies the ability for an individual's to place 4-8 markers (four letters) and (four numbers) would help considerably.

    -More clothing slots 8-10

    -Saved Weapon loadout's to be able to switch between them quickly.

    -M81 Woodland Camouflage, the woodland in the game looks a bit off with too much tan.

    -Ranger Green color as an option.

    -Fast Roping from helicopters, and rappelling for cliffs/buildings steep terrain.

    -Ability to tap the shoulder of the person in front of you activating the vibration on the other players controller. Used for nonverbal communication to indicate when to go into a building/arround a wall when. (would be of most use when one is in first person aiming).

    -Visible Night vision goggles on helmet's.

    -Hostage rescue missions.

    -Area Defense Missions could be a building, or crash site (if done right not a cliche progressive wave system but maybe one large ground assault (enemies on foot not in cars) on a position followed by escape and evasion of that area with increased patrolls in a several square kilometer area) could be great.

    -CSAR (Combat search and rescue) missions could be good, have one be able to use govt assets like a predator drone, maybe resupply drops and have a small chance of the aircraft being shot down and one's team is then retasked with destruction of the crash site and recovery of vital assets/personnel before the enemy finds it and compromises the Ghost team.

    -Map and hand held Compass would be nice so one does not lose all sense of awareness going into a pause menu.

    -M4 Carl Gustaf and M72 LAW would be a good addition. (Only 1 M4 Carl Gustaf per team and max of 2 M72 LAW per team.)

    -Enemy Checkpoints & Beter mission endings.
    At the end of missions when the player has to escort someone to a safe house/rally point one could have to take the package on foot to best evade checkpoints patrols without being detected.

    One could also chose to drive the hostage/informant there and dress in civilian clothing trying to get thru the checkpoint/checkpoints without being detected. One might have to bribe the guards at the checkpoint (maybe have some sort of random factor to cause the player to be detected. Or if they don't bribe them well enough they don't let you pass) the catch is that the team only has a certain amount of cash to bribe people with for the entire game, be that guards or civilians (to get intel or to not have the civilians not give you up to the enemy, depending on the relative distance or scope of influence the cartel has on the civilians they would be more or less inclined to help or rat you out.) if it goes south at the checkpoint maybe they kill the person the team is escorting, or the team is compromised.

    -Survival. Arguably there is not enough emphasis put on the clandestine operations with minimal support in a hostile country, a survival component in the game could improve that as well as the bribing system above. It would be great to see on "ghost difficulty" to have ones clothing actually impact the wellbeing/health (for lack of a better term) of the player. The player would have to source shelter water and food. Shelter could encompass ones clothing a basecamp (that one finds/chooses) and a safehouse. One could have to gather water periodically, same goes for hunting or stealing food (not to the point it's a nuisance though). If one is hungry/thirsty they would have less energy to do things. They would get more fatigued at a faster rate, it would take longer to recover stamina. If one is too cold they would be less accurate and wouldn't be as quick at doing things like switching guns, equipment, reloading, etc.. and maybe more scope sway as a result.

    -Stand alone 40mm grenade launcher as a secondary weapon, ether the Milkor M32A1 Grenade Launcher or the M320 (as a stand alone). It's annoying to have a special weapon (or another weapon that does not accept a grenade launcher) and need a grenade launcher but have to use a gun that shares the same ammo to be able to use one might as well just have it as a secondary weapon.

    -Higher magnification scopes 4x-5.5x is a joke. Need variable power optics 1-6x or 1-8x on the assault rifles/battle rifles and higher still for the Snipers/DMR's.

    -Higher Magnification on the binoculars.

    -Increased range for bullets. For the snipers in particular the bullet's drop off well before they should.

    -Increase rendering distance for enemy AI (if possible).

    -Snow for a weather effect.

    -Ability to chain waypoints for AI or human players (if its to hard for the AI just make it a thing for the humans on coop).

    -PenCott Camo, German Flecktarn Camo (woodland in particular).

    -Add local Bolivian clothing to be available for the player to wear, with a stealth bonus in populated areas/around people.

    -Stealth perks for using the right camo in the right region.

    -Dragging downed teammates to cover not sure why this isn't a basic thing in "tactical" games.

    Could be nice to see the ACSS HUD DMR Reticle on some of the Trijicon scopes the companies are partnered so shouldn't be any issue
    Given the Magnification and ranges one can actually see AI spawning in at the ACSS HUD DMR reticule could be a good fit, at the very least for the Semi-Auto DMRs. The ACSS was designed with the help and feedback of "Military" Snipers who compete in military sniper competitions & some Designated Marksman and is used by Trijicon in a handful of ACOG's.

    Muzzle Brake

    I was just trying to specify which muzzle device I was talking about in terms most would understand, in particular, the dev's who made what appears to be an AAC ratcheting type QD Muzzle Brake into a "compensator" that doesn't accept a supressor.

    I'd like to see some revolvers, especially ones that are not the MP412 that is hasn't been used by anyone for anything outside of video games. Some S&Ws would be great though. I'd like to see the 8 round R8 and a 629 44 magnum, hell maybe even a 460 or 500 magnum. I'd also like to see some semi-auto AMRs like the Barrett M82, the AS50 and the GM6 Lynx. Finally this game could also use a Glock 17 that could be modified to be full auto, and maybe some more 9mm handguns

    Some optics for handguns would be great too.

    The Glock 18 is one you want..... also want a Sig P320

    I'd rather have the original 17, and have the option to swap out the trigger for a full auto one, I hatell that ugly selector switch on the Glock 18. Also the P320 would be great considering its the new us army handgun

    well the game by itself offers QD suppressors now as you can mount on and off the suppressors.... but I never put them off anyway, why would you? negates muzzle flash, reduces sound signature, what more could you ask?

    Don't forget they got 2 expansion planned for this title so I half expect new weapons to be added this way because it aint like we are gonna get new maps

    I would like night vision goggles added to my character with an animation of them flipping them down when NV mode is entered.

    Bi pods for MGs that have them integrated to help with recoil.

    When you've been compromised if you remove the suppressor your bullets do more damage to the enemy.
    on a side note the 416 in the beta was very satisfying shooting single shot with no suppressor

    You seem to have missed the point entirely there is a muzzle break in the game that they call a "Compensator" that should allow for quick detach mounting of suppressors (as said muzzle brake is clearly designed to accept one) but does not allow for one to mount a suppressor on it for some reason.
