What for? It won't matter one bit... do you think that everything that you have seen after the beta is the only feedback given? 2 years worth of feedback, if not more has been given about pretty much what the angry mob you see now has asked for and... nothing.Originally Posted by Keltimus Go to original post

Sure, now all the guardians of all that it is UBI will give you a speech on to how the Devs vision is different than what we want but they have added a lot of the feedback given... though you have to wonder whom gave that feedback that allegedly they worked on. Perhaps an 8 year old?
if that's the case then what this open beta should have been called is early access. not a beta. Betas are strictly for the purpose of testing giving feedback ect... going to be honest the closed beta looked good looked very well balanced. as the game was intended to be. the open beta however not so much. Dodging is sluggish and definatly needs improvements half the time spent dodging you will dodge and still get hit by an attack even if timed t the right moment. cant count how many times in the two days ive played ive seen this happen. if an attack is initiated and the dodge is initiated in response to that attack the player should dodge the attack. I agree it should rely on timing but the timing in its current form is to precise. Ill move onto deflects. having watched videos of the closed beta. I saw how players were easily able to deflect in its current form with open beta. you be lucky to get one or two deflects in otherwise you will end up dodging or moving into the other players attacked. in its current form it isn't user friendly. and the timing to deflect to precise. that's about the only thing ive noticed other then connection and crash errors in open beta. hoping to see a patch role out buy tommoro or sunday to fix and address these issues. otherwise game will be a short lived experience.Originally Posted by ThePollie Go to original post
You speak like you know how the gaming industry works? I get it, you're annoyed, frustrated, and maybe even a little "defeated" because the game didn't turn out the way you, and some others wanted. You feel we're being manipulated to open our wallets and buy "half-baked" entertainment for a "ridiculous" price. Well, guess what, it won't change a thing. "Boycotting" a large game company because of your assumptions has little effect in the grand scheme of things. People are going to buy the games they make because THEY find them fun. Isn't that the beauty of it all? The fact we can decide whether or not to spend money on something?Originally Posted by GiveMeTactical Go to original post
I highly doubt Ubisoft ignored player feedback for 4 years. Just maybe, the feedback they received did not match the same ideas as yours? Assuming the company just threw this together and said "**** it" without making sure it was actually playable/enjoyable is just asinine.
Creating an expectation and being upset because something didn't meet it is understandable. But also understand that your expectations will not be the same as everyone else's. I like the game for what it is. I saw it differently than you did. I still saw things I didn't like, but I will buy the game and you may not. It doesn't mean "Ubisoft tricked me" or I'm feeding their supposed "ideology" of "doing whatever they want but tricking people into spending money". They made something I will be able to sit down and enjoy for hours on end. You will find a different game that will do the same.
As for Ubisoft not replying to feedback, I don't think I'd want to either when I can't guarantee your feedback would/could be implemented. They definitely wouldn't have the time to constantly reply to the constant negativity and griping. It would be like "throwing themselves to the wolves". They didn't reply in The Division, but they did attempt to "fix" the issues. (Cue "The Division is broken" comments)
I'm not holding up for Ubisoft as a company, but I do believe the developers actually did want this game to be liked/enjoyed. They didn't "trick" you into anything but giving some of your time to try their "vision". You clearly don't like the game. Find a new one.
You know why there are only betas for AAA+ games if they have a huge multiplayer element? And did you ever wonder why these betas are released so shorty before release. Well, the answer is pretty simple. They are not about fundamental gameplay or collecting feedback about gameplay elements but primarily about the opportunity for the developers to check the net code and the servers and maybe fix some bugs and fine tune some elements That's what these betas are all about. There are no AAA+ betas for SP games. Or have you ever heard that Ubisoft made a closed (public) or even open beta for an Assassin's Creed game. Me neither...Originally Posted by Azrakel2 Go to original post
So all the well meant suggestion for bigger gameplay changes are utterly pointless. I won't happen. The game is about to be released in less than a month now, It's pretty much done.
Right... because you are so worth getting mad atOriginally Posted by GiveMeTactical Go to original post. Sorry bud only thing you seem to be "stroking" is your ego
.
You assume the game isn't "finished" when only 1/10th of the game was made available to you. Like I said, the game has its problems, but I still enjoyed it. Have fun with whatever game you finally find to enjoy.![]()
