[PC]Mic Not working at all | Forums

On PC I use the same trusty turtle beach headset I've used for a while on PS4. I have it plugged right into my MOBO with a splitter for mic and speaker output, The mic works perfectly on skype, discord, and of course my PS4 but only in this game does it refuse to function. I have double checked the placement and ensured everything was plugged all the way in. I have also set the headset as the default audio device for my Realtek HD Audio for both output and mic. I have tried setting my audio settings in game to both default and the mic but it still won't work in game. What more can I do???

Thank you for reaching out to us about this, and welcome to the forums! The developers are investigating the issue, however we advise going to Options > Audio > Voice and adjust the mic volume to your desired level.

That doesn't help at all since the issue is that the mic isn't activating at all even with Open. The issue is NOT the volume. The issue is that it even though it is detected and running fine in my other apps like Discord and Skype it does not work in For Honor. using 3.5mm Turtle Beach headsets plugged into the MOBO of an MSI-Aegis. i-5 6400, GeForce GTX1070, 8gb DDR4 RAM. Realtek HD Audio drivers are current. I have used For Honor's audio settings on both Default and Mic (Realtek HD Audio).
