Ubisoft has a very quick and easy to do guide on how to open your ports. I know it sucks and its 2017...blah blah blah but i like this game so i will do it

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE NUMBERS TO THE GAME and NOT UBISOFT(Uplay) LAUNCHER unless you are having problems connecting/downloading from the launcher as well
