What is this UPnP?? I'm not even sure my router has that.

I'm playing on Xbox One and couldn't finish 1 player v player match. Every single one dropped.

Universal Plug and Play. I'm not a networking professional, but basically it's a protocol that allows devices on your local network to discover each other and communicate with each other.

If you log into your router console (either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1), and click through the menus, you should see a UPnP checkbox somewhere. Make sure that it's checked.

People shouldn't be messing around on their router configurations.
This is a client, not a customer issue. Fix it.

my upnp is enable and that does not help
