CPU - I7 5960x
GPU - twin titan x sc's
hard drive(s) - 3 sdd's and 1 hdd back up
mobo - asus rampage v
RAM - ddr 4 64gigs

i get like 40 fps no matter the settings i use. i have the most recent driver so its not that. also have max pro. and physics setup right. i may be wrong here but shouldn't i have more then 40 fps? also iv tryed every thing in terms of res/settings low to high 480 to 1440p.. still get 40 fps even at 480p.. something dont seem right here also for thoughs that wana say make sure u dont limit it to... i have it set to the screens refresh of 165. and v-sync is off

I got the same issue, i have 30 fps most of the time, changing the graphics to max or min doesn't change anything.
CPU : i5 6600K
GPU : gtx 1070 - 8Go VRAM
RAM : 16Go DDR4

my drivers are up to date.

The only FPS drops i have experienced till now with a gtx 1060 6 gb are when there are rivers of some sort and some explosions.Something goes wrong with water in some areas.Though for explosions i don't get drops every time.But i can't confirm for sure.Everywhere else i am running with 60 FPS.

i wish i where talking fps drops. id love to see 60fps at this point.. i just hold a solid 40fps at all times it never drops or goes up.. and my cards have 12gigs vram per (ik sli aint enabled and its probably not dx12 so it wouldn't be shared anyways) but still its 12gig lmao... anyways yea id love to be able to have 60fps at all 40fps has some random stuttering while turning lol
