Notice at the left bottom side of the screen it will tell you the population level. Right now its on low for all game modes.
I assume because most people at work right now. I believe in hew hours more people will be online.
It was on low yesterday when 200k people were playing so i think that "low, medium, high thing" is broken. Right now there is 72k people online trying to connect to matches but fails. The problem is on ubisofts part. All we can do is wait
