    Hi there,

    Welcome to the forums!

Have you gone through all the steps provided here?: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...roubleshooting

In addition, can you both try this?:

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
    2. In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.
    3. Right-click (or press and hold) the network adapter, and then select Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software. Follow the steps, then select Close.
    4. After installing the updated driver, select the Start button > Power > Restart if asked to restart, and see if that fixes the connection issue

    Same Issue

So I'm experiencing the same issue with one of my friends. I am able to join the lobby of my other friends with no issue. We haven't had this problem with any other online games. We also both went through the steps on the linked page and had no driver updates on our network adapters. Any help woulld be appreciated

Tried this, and our driver software was up to date, didn't help!

So if you have same ISP and live nearby there is high chance you share same external IP behind NAT. Do you use router or direct cable to PC?

I use router and I'm pretty sure he uses the same router and we both have the ISP AND live next to each other. Can you explain what the implications of this is and if there's a work around?? Cheers

Basically game can't connect you to each other because of same external IP and ISP has bad NAT setup. Both of you need to forward ports in your router settings. I've made full list of ports you can find here
