I think Revive is to heavy.
My idea
1. only 1 revive ( If you die after you revive you can not revived!)
2 if you revive only 50 % HP and not 100 %
3. Revive time Need longer time. Ist soo fast.
Now you have a Chance to win alone versus 3-4 Guys!
Here comes the defender!
The revive itself is no big deal. Some players might build a character on revivespeed (why you should do it? no f*cking clue). The conquerer has his first passive skill to be much faster revive (doesnt make sense tho).
Problem is the balance 3 v 1. I have that quite often and it is extremely difficult to maintain defence and have some damage output. there has to be a lot of improvement for these fights.
3v1 melee works exactly like this: all try to hit the weakspots to do damage and eventually kill the poor soul. they will block each other sometimes tho. Thats correct and working.
People can use guardbreak to go through the defenders defence and make him vulnerable, but guardbreak is blockable. thats where the problem is: if 3 people beat you, and the fourth uses guardbreak from any side, you cant counter it, simply because he is not your target. your defense will fail and the 3 guys beat your head to a little red puddle of mud. there is where ubisoft needs to blend in. it needs to be impossible to guardbreak someone if another more than 2 others are attacking this person. Since all have to focus the single person but the single person can only focus one, this one person has to be the only one who can perform guard breaks in this situation.
Thats why most gankers actually do it. its to easy to gank.
Bad gankers however, who cant guardbreak, can attack a singleplayer nearly endlessly without him being in danger, if the defender is quite decent. At the right time,i can withstand the attacks of 4 people at once for a solid 2 minutes or until help arrives. i cant attack them in that time, but its not necessary. they cant kill me and my team can go and capture points.
however, im with you if it comes to the number of revives by teammates in a short period of time. if you got killed in a battle 2 times in a row, the wounds would be more than deadly. since they paid so much attention to realism, this is a f*cking big fail.
And about 100% health after revive... i think 50% is still to much. i mean, come on, this guy actually died 10 seconds ago. even if he gets revived, he is still damaged af. make it only one bar of the healthbar, so he can "evacuate" himself and flee to the next safe spot to heal, if he doesnt, he is going to die of stupidity.
I think in Breaks and in Elimination there should be no revives. Simple as that. There has to be some point in the game when if you die you don't get to come back.
Too many rounds are about who revives, not who fights best or plays the objectives best.
Obviously reviving is a thing, but it shouldn't keep deciding who wins.
