I click play and it says "Preparing to launch game" Then it disappears and nothing happens. I've reinstalled the game and restarted my computer, nothing is working.
Hi Mavloc - try looking at this thread. It lists several possible fixes for the client not launching. If those don't work, please open a ticket with support and they can help you out further!
