    framerate problem

    i was in the closed beta too and i didnt see these kind of drops
    the beta was smooth but in this open beta its really bad performance
    spec
    i5 6500
    8gb ram
    rx480 8gb oc

    I've got the same issue. It's consistently stuttering. It's making this unplayable.
