After this happening to me for now the 3rd beta I almost thought it was only me having this issue. I have yet to play the game. It opens in that little black screen and just stays like that. I mean really? Game launches in a few days and we still have issues with people launching the game... smh

I had this issue with the last closed beta. The only thing that fixed it was installing the game on my C drive (the same drive that has Ubisoft games launcher installed onto it).

Really hope they fix this issue. My C drive only has so much space left on it.

I already stated trying that so im sure he has as well.

Add another to the list that can't play. Never tried the game period. See how it goes after and update or two and no go then uninstall it is.

FINALLY ... after I completly update Windows 7 (even recommended updates), update all HW drivers (now I have tons of useless application from GIGABYTE and Radeon) I finally run this game! WOHOO

I actually have my Ubisoft game launcher/client installed to my D drive. It just baffles the hell out of me because this is literally the ONLY game that I have ever had any issue getting to launch on my PC. And I actually studied IT so I know a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to general files and things to look for but it just doesn't make any sense. Especially when I play The Division, Watchdogs 2, and Rainbow Six all from the exact same location with the Uplay launcher and it starts right up with 0 issues.

I do know forhonor needs to be on cdrive, but i have that done.

Im trying to fix the same problem I have but it crashes after conencting to servers. Does for honor need to be on the same drive as ubisoft stuff or both on C drive
