Dunno how to fix this issue, I've tried:
- verifying game cache on steam
- reinstalling my driver
- installing an older driver
- restarting my pc
- restarting steam
- tried to run it at high performance, but didn't have that option in 3d management
I'm using a GTX 970 and I have an i7 Processor, and 16GB RAM, I have a friend with the same parts as me and they are running it fine.
My game runs at 2 FPS and I can't get passed the "Press Any Key",, it takes about 3-5 minutes to even get to that screen.
Please let me know if there's any way to fix this, thanks.
