Hello.
I downloaded the game through UPlay 2 days ago as preload. Today, additional 2 GB patch showed up but I couldn't download it. The download (preload) was 18.67 GB.
A friend of mine downloaded the game through Steam. Although he downloaded 18.67 GB like me and today, he had no patch and he was able to play game.

Now, I just tried to download the patch and I managed to download some part of it. I still need to download 500-600 mb but my download speed is constantly fallnig to 0 kB/s.

1) What can I do in order to download the patch?

2) Can anybody who downloaded the game through Steam confirm that they did not download the 2gb patch and have no problem about downloading at all?
