Unable to use Heavy Attacks - Xbone Controller | Forums

I'm not sure if this is some sort of bug or what, but whenever I attempt to use a heavy attack it unlock my character.

Whenever I'm locked onto someone, and use Heavy, the swing sort of begins and then immediately drops the enemy lock and stops the swing.
My controller is fine, its brand new and worked in the Beta.

I tried resetting the keybinds to default, and unbinding "Cancel revive" to see if that would help, but nothing gives.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have exactly the same problem. Heavy attacks only work when not locked on, which is pretty useless really.

Just for balance, I am not having this issue with my controller.

Yep. It doesn't work. Can't stay locked while heavy attacking with an Xbone controller here either. Guess i'll just continue to play at a disadvantage with a mouse.

I have found a fix. If you tick the box in settings that makes the lock on not require you to hold left trigger the problem goes.
