Fullscreen is currently bugged and you can't enable it. Alt+enter does not work nor anything in the options.ini file. It always goes back to borderless window. Very noticible fps drop when this bug started occuring, please fix it!
You just have to play through the practice, or skip it, and then you can enable fullscreen from the options at the Main Menu.
