When I enter the game before i'm able to go through the first parts of the tutorial the game loses connection to ubisoft servers with the error code 7-00000004.

I have attempted the solutions in your general pc connectivity thread, they haven't worked. Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem, it's persisted since the open beta launched.

I have been getting the same error over and over. I'm currently in line for the support chat to see if they can help at all. Really frustrating that they haven't replied to anyone having this issue.

had the same issiue since closed beta both in For Honor and Wildlands...

I have the same problem. I can get through a bit of the tutorial, but then it kicks me to the main menu. It's happening to my friend too, and he's on a college campus like me. He can't play Rainbow Six either due to a similar issue. It seems like college campus don't like Ubisoft servers.

I have the same error code and it stops me after I join match I did both tutorials and it still says this one code reset my internet hard reset my Xbox 4 times and I think it has to do with every time I log in it repatches the game like it doesn't save the progress after I reset the app it shouldn't have to do that it should just keep the progress of the patch mite need to patch the patch so it stops trying to patch after I reset my Xbox app hope you guys get that and don't give me it's the bad connection I played the actual closed alpha not one problem was able to play a full match now on this beta I can't even play one match

Hey guys,

I've been getting the same error, but my roommate has no problem playing it. My roommate uses ethernet and has no issues. I think it may have to do with trying to play over wifi instead of ethernet. Unless you already have tried using ethernet to no avail as well, I suggest trying that. But please post back with results if it works because I don't have an ethernet cord.

I also play on Ethernet and I still get the same error so Ethernet definitely isn't the solution
