Hi thnx for letting me try out this Game in Closed Beta on GHOST of course!
I played ALL Rainbows, Splinter Cell, Future Soldier and GRAW 2 PVP and Lots of Co-op or alone

Wildlands tries to Integrate all the Aspects of Ghost Recon Games of Past in this Game. Big *** Levels, Freedom, Character and Weapon Customization! Is it Possible or is something missed here? I Give you my Opinion Good/Bad and what i think is needed 4 this Game to TRULY BE GHOST RECON AND WILDLANDS
I do not know if you can upgrade every skill in the Game so you know when you read this. I would be surprised if you have only a certain amount of skill points!
Mission Type and whatnot i can`t say aswell, since i only know the E3 Trailer and the some Gameplay and the Closed Betai played.

Some stuff first. Neither Good nor Bad, i`m not sure about this namely Skills. Some make sense like Upgrading your UAV, Explosives(Amount! not Radius), NV. Character wise, More AMMO longer Sprint, less sway.

QUESTION IS HOW FAR SHOULD UBISOFT TAKE IT!
I mean even more Stealth is good to a certain amount. EXCEPT; NO STEALTH RUNNING(this is ridicoulous), but getting crouched and can`t be seen as good as Standing makes sense. You could even relate it to surrounding Enviroments like High Grass = better chance of avoiding Enemies. You can Literally POP UP and Headshot! goin crouch in the tall Grass/ Wooden Area... and vanish like A Ghost. Then you do the same from a different Angle and over and over until everyone is Dead. You can do that already!
Clancy Games should be realistic and some Skills get rid of it. It becomes a Generic Shooter with Superhumans. PLEASE NO!
Stealth Crouch YES, Stealth RUN NO...
Veteran Rebels, hell yeah! For Solo Players and Giggles definetly.
Sway on last lvl is a speculation since i didnt skill it except one point. NEVER SHOULD THERE BE ZERO SWAY IN TOM CLANCY GAMES; NEVER i hope the fully upgraded skill doenst allow this. No more than 60% and i am being Generous! But again, how easy do u want this Game to be. With evey Skill upgraded for ones that boost your Health for example it is too easy in my opinion even on Ghost. With Skills that u get less Bullet DMg , i dont know...
Reviving for example makes only sence due to Combat Medic Role.

Good:
+Graphics are really good!
+World feels alive and like mentioned looks Fantastic!. Lamas/Alpacas people chillin, walking, sitting, talking, driving whatever. Birds.... you get the point!
Character conversations are realistic in my point of of view. I like them a lot. It has Humor, which actually is funny. Whats really good about that, is the conversations about Military stuff for exam. doesn`t feel as Forced as other Games. What they talk is realistic! It just feels HONEST
+Indications about Enemy Postion is Fantastic!
Even better than Battlefield. Which had the best in my opinion!
It is explained so detailed that i was shocked. (Next to the Building is a "Barrel") Normally you would hear somethign like In front of the Building or whatever. Sry i can`t come up with the best Examples right now! lol But if you listen carefully it is obvious how detailed it is. When you play lots of Games for a long time, you Appreciate the Details in Games, because Games are sometimes the same in different Packages. The only difference are little Details which most don`t appreciate enough!
+ Gear and Weapons amount is Good
+ Weathering is what i mean with details!
+ Ai feels Reasonable. They take Cover, their Aiming is Good but not Superhuman. (Can`t say they Co-operate with each other. Didn^t feel like i. Should be more!)
+ Pistols Sniper feel really good!
+. Shotguns feel like they should. Range and Damage seems awesome. Love the Serbu Super Shorty! Especially that you can see Shottie Shells on your Armor when Equipped with a Shotgun, or Grenades for your Launcher when you use one on your Rifle.
+ Best of all BULLETDROP just AWESOME!
+ Leaving out certain Actions in term of using a specific Button. U automatically go into Cover and do not have to press X for example. Since u have so many Gadgets and Weapon Related stuff, you need all of the Buttons you can get!
+ Vehicles that you can use
+ REAL NIGHT FEELING, where NV makes sense when activated!
Details!!!! ;-))
+Customizations as a whole except few little things ;-))

Bad:
- No visible NV and Thermal On Helmet! This is Dissapointing...
NV/ Ther. Googles should be on Helmet at all time in Vanilla. This should be also turned on/off in Menu aswell.
- Some people might not know what is what!
Clear Explanation of Options like Gamma, Brightness and Contrast in Form of an Example; Adaptive Screenshot like you can see in PC Version for other settings! I fideled around a bit with settings. I know each one of them, but rather than setting your Brightness in the Beginning of the Game LIKE IT SAYS, your actually set the Gamma! I noticed it when i went to Options Ingame later and it was set to 20 on Gamma.
- Movement and Aiming need to be Smoothed out! Feels a bit clunky
-Sig 550 not in the Game! Only US 7.62 version, which is cool i be honest, but the Amount of Ak`s seems good already. Bring the SIG 550 Swiss Version please!!!!!!
-No REAL Open World. You only have Provinces you can acces one after another i guess.... ANd i hope i guess wrong. Whole World accessable from the Beginning
-One shot from Above with Pistol on 150+ meters. But with Assaultrifle or Sniper i needed 2-4 shots! In upper Body theres something odd
-Bugs of course: Stretched Arms, i mean 2m long, Camera Bug when Crouching and aiming from leaving cover and Blindfiring in between
-Cover System doesn^t work smooth at times.
- No Blind Fire from Cover. Character just weirdli stands up and shoots from Standing. "On Ghost difficulty u take 2 hits max. and you are Dead, Sir! "...?!
-Plane feels odd. No real Forward Thrust. It feels exactly like the Helicopter only differs in Skin!
-No difference from "Trophy Truck" to a Estate Car. Estate Car is a Uphill Monster! I have to say however that you are ijn the Mountains and it is a Game. The less Cars are able to get up the Mountain the more Frustration you get! But the there is no line between the two!
From a Trophy Truick i want it to have lots of HP and less Top Speed. Estate Car, well, not exemplary in anything. Lamborghini has not enough Top Speed!
-Car Camera is weird. Smooth it out please when turning and correcting it
- Lack of Blood
-No Rolling when Prone! Miss that. I can live without Combat Rolls though, Since you need all the Buttons you can get in the amount of what you can do in terms of Gadget movement etc.
-No real animation from running to crouching. Where have you left that. It was in Future Soldier. You went into a sliding on your knees animation when you were running and had to "Hit the Deck"! Loved that, didn`t just look cool, it made real sense and was useful! Now it feels very weird insta Crouching and slowing from Running in a moments notice. You have Mass.
- Destruction is cool, but a Table shouldn`t made a Military Buggie slow down and throw it on the side!!!! Certain Objects that should be destructuble are not. It makes no sense since other Object are! Ones that you feel like they could be 2nd choice of being able to demolish , and others like Wooden Fence are not hahahaha
That brings me to the next point!
-Why the Heck can`t i shoot through a damn Fence!!!!! This is annoying! And Wood, Certain Trees should be able to get Penetrated with BIGASS SNIPERIFLES and Rifles
-Customized Mags are not shown on your Carrier. Wheathered ones on my Rifle. I made them Dark Green instead of Black! On the Carrier they are Black. Please if able to...
- UNIDAD SUPERHUMAN can Climb over 2.5 meter tall Fences with Barbed Wire on Top (and i do not mean Pamela Anderson)! with his whole Gear. While we are not able to do the same move. I can live with that however we can Acces the Unidad in 3 different ways:
*Helicopter/ Plane
*By stealing a Unidad Buggy in Front of the Base and driving to the rear Entrance which is accesed by through a Chip or sensor you have on your Car so to speak and which is alright (Details in my opinion! When were you able to dop that in any other Game since Years!)But not even covered by outside Patrol. I was, am still in the Army from time to time and know what i say, when I am saying you need to have Stationed or Patrolling Sentries/ Guards next to Buggies. Nortmally they should be behind the Fences!
* Entrance on the side. Okay... A Checkpoint, at least it kind of reminds me of one. If it is, where are the bloody soldiers Guarding the Entrance. Not even one... sadly. Inside u can find a few sure. But on some Critical Points there are none. Even prisoned Rebels are there, Not even they are Guarded, the PRISONERS.....
Okay, i would suggest: Put some Guards to the side entrance!
AND
make us able to CUT WIRE . As i see it, this is kind of lack of idea with side Entrance! I do not say it is not "Realistic" in some way but lets be honest if you can avoid it, you definetly would! Make a Fence and let us cut Wire in a MiniGame. Wire should be cut through Cutter ;-)) lol or Acid/ Ice Spray. All of them would be best
- Interchangeable Loadout on your Platecarrier! Low Cut Platecarrier with 6 Mags for Rifleman Role! The IBA if i remember correctly looks very cool. But it is Cut Broad if compared. I really like 6 Mags and and Shot Gun shells on the side, it just looks badass! It is not Gamechanging i know, but you know ;-P
-Compass on shoulder(Ghost Mode)
- Even Better would be DYNAMIC INTERCHANGEABLE LOADOUT, yeah i made that up hahaha No really it mean that you choose which Carrier or Harness or whatever you want and it scales with your Character. When you choose Skill for more Ammo, you will get more Mags on you Carrier/ etc. When you choose a Shottie as 2ndary, you see Shells on the side instead of Pistol Mags. HOWEVER u should be able to change out few shells for 1 or two 2 Pistol Mags just for reasons. A VEST IS KIND OF PERSONAL THINGIE due to Role and Character aswell.
- No Ambiente Sound adjustable
- Footsteps and Ai Noise should be adjustable WHY, because if you turn of all the HUD you rely on Sound mostly. Of course u have your UAV aswell. Information about how good and far Enemies can hear you at all and how much Skill affect this Noise in Ingame!
- 7.1 would be sweet

Now what is really the Point Missing in this Game, since we have Open World, Customizations Vehicles and even Fauna&Flora. Its a very simple Ingredient which is actually very, very Realistic to this Type of Genre. SURVIVAL. Some of you may not like it, but it hould be a on/off feature. I love to see it as an addition of Ghost difficulty.
The need to find Water and Food in additon of Killing all the Bad Guys! What u need is simple:
* Base in Form of Camp. In addtion you have always one Car with 4 seat. Deluxe would be the Buggy you always see your Team leaning on in the Lobby Screen. Or 4 Bikes whatever you want. Customizations makes more sense, than doing it in the open!
* Finding Streams 4 Water for filling up your Bottle for Patrol or Tank stationed at your Camp so you can fill your Bottle(which btw can be seen o your Gear) if you have nothing else in the Area. I reckon there is a Desert Province. You could even go that far as to find a Oasis for Basecamp!
*Hunting Lamas etc. for Food or go buying it in Form of Missions from the Locals. Like saving from People Car Crashes in the Mountains. Or Killing some bad Guys of course
Yeah thats it. A bit long i guess but thats all i could come up with in short notice!
Unidad Spawning
* Unidad Soldiers sometimes didn^t show up after you survived the the Onslaught of Waves of Soldiers. "IF" you did! Maybe it was because we kind of STRESS TESTED it .
Me and some Random M8 were hitting the f...kn Unidad( ihate them already) on there Riverside Fortress again and again. We went from 1 to full Patrol Status which is very enjoyable that you are able to do this!
So the AI loads over all the time gain and again while being slaughhtered like cattle..., from 5 star to 1 star forth and back. Maybe thats the reason that it stopped at one point and no one was coming after a while. Some random Soldier if u were lucky!

*Able to set time for Mission. Mission should take place at Night aswell.
*Sleep mode to advance time
* Weather either selectable or a DYNAMIC WEATHERSYTEM THAT MAKES SENSE


Branch/Class Skills
This system provides a great Flexibilty in Term of "MY INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER"!
You can Choose 2 of the SF skills so to say. Also the same kind twice in form of Sniper/Scout so it is no too Gamebreaking
Since Special Forces sometimes recruit inside all Branches and some like KSK are trained to DO EVERY JOB THE OTHERS DO; but this would be GAMEBREAKING and so i suggest 2 Branches instead of one!

SF Skills
Rifleman
able to shoot more accurate while Moving! Ahh the Good old Days ;-P

Grenadier
more Grenades Launcher or Handthrown Incendiary and stuff would be neat!

Sniper/Scout
less sway on Weapons since there is no Breath system.
or
Enemy Detection Range reducedwhen using Ghillie. Prone 5 meters from Enemy away and stay undetected

Pioneer
has flying Drone and maybe on future Drone Technology Ground Based. Can Upgrade gagdets to the max Lvl what is present
The other Classes can use Standard Drones. They can only Upgrade NV, Thermal!

Universal Skills
Skills like Ammo are Universal. Except Grenades
Stealth Skills are usable by all. I would get rid of Stealth Sprint though! Too easy otherwise...
Physical Skills
Shotgun/Machinepistol/PDW/ Pistols; reload and shooting while moving skill !
Medic Skills, except Drone one is reserved for Pioneer

Armor
Armor was not calculated for Player ( didn`t feel I could tank more shots with the Heavy Armor, i had on. At least the Enemies is! )
You should choose in the beginning, with which Armor u want to start. Light/Medium/ Heavy.( If you want to be able to have another kind you need to use a skill point for the Armor of your choosing)
The Higher the more Bullets you can take.
Movement Bonus the lower Armor. The Movement feel right now should be Heavy! Of course you have the Weapon tweaking aswell, but the Impact from Closed Beta was not so big, which i gladly say very Good. They are feelable but not OP.

Missions Types for Random Missions, Side Missions etc
All Factions should be integrated into a System that randomize Key Elements Type/Faction/Location/ Difficulty/WeatherTime/Gagdets
All the Missions Ubisoft has already put into it aswell
Some Missions are specific to Locations like Mountain Rescue for example. Save some lost Rebels in their own Mountain Region hahaha
* Gagdets should play a much bigger role in Missions.
Escort VIP from A to B.
On Foot/ by Car/Chopper/ Boat/Bike...
There need to be respective Enemies. You always have to free the VIP by Foot first. He should be Held Hostage by OPForce. In a larger Scale depending on Enviroment.
Enviroment:Cities fight your way out of the Heart of a big City(Favelas style),Jungle Desert, Mountain
CSAR
additon would be playing Combat Medic since you have everything available from Skills to Helicopters to Parachutes
Blowing up Drug Kitchens and Depots
Raiding Houses

Intel Gathering
Getting Intel, yeah just that. But at night aswell. Maybe it is impossible to use Gagdets and you have to do it the "Old School" Sneaking up by Person and listen to Conversations!
Intercept Drug Smuggling.
Plane, Car,Boat

This Ideas actually comes from The Division aswell as other Games like Deadspace.

Integrated HUD
This Idea is especially Tailored towards Ghost Mode and of course is a nice addition to all Modes aswell! Less HUD on Screen and more Realistic feeling. With this you can enjoy the Graphics more and no HUD covering Enemies and such!
Compass
Located on right shoulder or in the middle of Backpack, due to be able to shoot from both shoulders
Helps find your way to the Target/Mission etc (shows Cardinal points, aswell as where to go)
Map
On the Arm
Laserpointer
Visible at all times. Has kind of two Modes; Day & Nightvision Mode
Helps Firing from Hip and Hip Zoom. (Especially when Crosshair is disabled)
Nightvision = Only visible by Operator or Enemies that use Nightvision
Tac Lights
If Ubisoft intoduces Taclights in addition. We need to be able to have more slots on the Weapons.Barrel should have 4 slots; Top, Left, Right, Under even if u only can use 3 attachments you can put your laser on the top and Lights on the side. Grip beneath!
Can Blind Enemies
Taclight can be switched on and off!
Hitmarkers
Adjustable Size, Thickness, On/Off feature

They know how to make Levels with Atmosphere- Far CryUncharted, they know how to tell Storys-AC-Uncharted! and they TECHNICALLY know how to do "Tactical Games"- Rainbow-GR-SC. TOM CLANCY in General
What made GR always Stand out from Rainbow and mostly Splinter Cell?
Well, its the Big Levels! Do we have it? Yes

What else was cool and always Present in Tom Clancy Games?
*The State of the Art/Prototypes; Weapons, Soldier Gear(Cloth/Armor) and Gagdets of whom they were also Futuristic!
*Realistic/Authentic feel of Weapons/Movement; How many Bullets/Pellets you nedd to Drop OPForce, Bullet Velocity at some Point, low HP, slower Movement, feel of weight.
Do we have that? Yes

Now, we all agree on World itself looks gorgeous and feels alive. We agree that these 3 Games were always TACTICAL, where you HAVE TO Consider PLANNING YOUR WAY.

Tactical approach however has its weakness, like you can see If you watch the Trailer carefully!
Three points stood out to me that could drastically imporove Tactical Gameplay:
* 6min Player uses Binocular to search the Area for Jamming Device
*7.11min Patrols going by the Jammer which is good. Now we have the same situation as i mentioned before that there are NO Stationed Guards there whatsoever...
*At least there was a Civilian mopping the Floor and having an eye on the Jammer!

The Lack of Guards and the Civilian brought me some Ideas

DeeperTactical Approach with Ai & Weapon behaviour and better Binocular.
Doesn`t mean it is bad, the Ai reacts to shooting Windows for example 9 min into Trailer

Civilians
Civilian do react to Gunfire and seiing you of course, but it needs to be deepend(Hope this is English lol)
*Some Civis will be friendly towards Cartell/UNIDAD (for what ever reason) they will go and tell them where they have seen you and your Team. (This will add a Layer of Uncertainty which will get your Heart Pumping all the time, since you never can be sure!
*Some Civilians will be friendly towards you and the Rebels

Before you go into "Sieged Cities" in Provinces you havent done all Rebelmissions you can "Buy off Civilians" so they wont call your Team out. The Cartell surely don`t like Snitches so they want to make it worth something!
This goes either way doing Missions for them like:

*Beating Up/Killing somoene they don`t like... which is most certainly a Rebel and gives you minus Frienship Rebels. Civilians are loyal to Cartell and hate Rebels for their Weakness against Cartell if you havent done all Rebelmissions in this Province
*Supplies/Upgrade- Parts from Sidemissions (so it hurts!!) you have to do a few to get it back...
Hearts and Minds!!!

*Civilians will call you out Freeroaming aswell,
but there you can Escape. Ubisoft said that there are Searching Partys looking for PlayerS. But they also said we can choose the time and day etc...!! Cross Fingers

Cartell/UNIDAD
MOre Reaction towards Downed Players. If they see an Opportunity they should take it! NO MORE BABYCARING in TACTICAL GAMES! when they see that your Squad is weakend then...!!!!!

Weapons behaviour
Given to Size of the Map and Realistic/Authenticity and FRANCHISE
More Recoil Feedback on Character
Firemodes need to matter more= Accuracy,

You also get a bit of Weapon Balancing, give more Character to Weapontypes and are have more use in their Roles!
Did you feel you really needed an A-Rifle AND an MP5 for Urban and CQB? Me not so much. I forced myself to use the MP5 instead of Rifles. The Shotgun however WAS SUPERB. Assaultrifles probably are Harder to Distingiush due to less Caliber Variations. (R5 has however more DMG than P416; ill come 2 that later)
Accuracy
A.Rifles/*LMG/**SMG/PDW/***Pistol
Difference in Bulletspread between fast Single/Burst/Autofire was not really distuingishable. There should be an Obvious Accuracy Advantage using Singleshot over Burst/Autofire.
Single = none/very low Spread up to 300m
Burst = lowSpread up to 300m
Auto = Spread XXX up to 300m

Barrel length
Ammo
Archetype

SMG_ have the least Spread Full Auto/Standing in General
LMG_ have the least while Prone and Bipod
Assault Rifle_Middleground between above
PDW_ between Assault Rifle and SMG

This is a Game and not Real Life so Body Movement/Breath and SIZE OF MUSCLE hahaha are not included and are not really needed, except Stances are. Prone has the least Accuracy/Recoil penalties!
These are MUST HAVE STATS!
Weapons Feature
*LMG
right now are pretty much useless while standing and Fullauto(goes with amount of Attachments and Customization). This said it is Good. LMG seem Fine. When you Prone you go into Bipod stance it seemed you gain Accuracy and it less recoil. Im not sure if i had a Bipod on the LMG Vanilla but i got stucked on the ground when Zoomed and it felt like recoil was reduced.
Also Recoil reduction without Bipod, when the Gun rests on the Cover while shooting
**SMG/PDW
Add more Bulletdrop so we rely more on Rifles Longer ranges.
PDW should be Middle Ground between SMG and Assaultrifle spread
***Pistol
should work like the are right now except what i mentioned already and that Pistols should be on Single Tap for swapping from Primary to 2ndary! Other becomes to specialist Weapons so to say
We kind of have that already. We cannot be absolutely sure, with since we were only able to try out very few Weapons...

Sniper Rifles
Only usabel when crouched and Prone. Emphasis on Prone and bracing on Cover
In General they seem fine. I saw Gameplay with SR 25 and played with M40A5 and MSR.
*MSR had more Bulletvelocity more DMG and seemed more Accurate. Bulletdrop was not as much as M40 and it had more DMG. For me it sdeemed logic due to i guess Caliber!
Make Players using Sniper Rifles only able to shoot when braced on Cover or when Prone
Pistol Draw
*One tap to Pistol not double! Pistol is not emphasized enough otherwise. Its kind of useless sinceu have a Big Gun as Vanilla 2ndary.
Quickdraw with Pistols so Peopz will actually use it. I love Pistols in Clancy Games so i can`t wait for that!
*Speed Buff Dratsically
Gagdet Impact on Missions
Gagdets should play a much bigger role in Missions.
Binocular
Teamplay will be Needed and Improved
Since we have Drones and which should maybe even only Pioneer(THread above)... Binocular seemed pretty useless aswell. So how can we fix that?
Well lets make the Markers for Generators and Enemies etc. only stay visible as Long as "someon" of your Team is using Binoculars. Damn it is sooo Obvious it just came to my mind, integrating this with Teamwork!

*Drone can be like this too of course. Make the Damn Skills worth something!

Jammers
Can be shot by Mortar, Guns etc. Can be switched off...
Need a hacking Game and or cutting the right wire anything better than, JUST SWITCHING OFF. It is not even Guarded most of the time
