Hello,
Let me start off by saying that the game seems to have regressed significantly since the closed beta only two weeks ago. I played the closed beta with minimal issues but since installing the open beta I have been plagued with issues. This is the most significant.
Shortly after joining an online game I am booted with the following error message:
"Easy Anti-cheat has detected a security issue on your computer [0006000043]"
I have a vanilla installation of the game, as well Steam and Uplay, and everything worked just fine during the closed beta. I have NO third-party software of ANY KIND which should be triggering Easy Anti-cheat - meaning it is a bug, and a critical one, since it makes it so that I cannot play online at all. After I am kicked with this error, matchmaking is broken, searching forever without finding a match, which only resets after rebooting the game client.
Make note of the specific error code [0006000043], hopefully this can point you toward the bug. I look forward to your response to this CRITICAL bug. I understand you are busy but I urge you to prioritize this as it is a serious bug most likely affecting many other users.
System Specs:
Windows 10 64-bit, latest updates
Intel Core i7 - 4710HQ @2.5 GHz, 4 cores
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Geforce 860M Driver version 368.39 [Note: game says "unsupported driver version" on launch]
Audio driver: Intel High Definition Audio
Good evening guy's i noticed you had a problem with the anti cheat system and I was going to make a post about that aswell.
Let me ask then, Are you guy's using some external software for a non recognised controller?
I had the same heror when I tried to use x360ce for my non recognised controller. Played a bit before without said conrtller so i suspect the problem comes from there. Maybe the dev can tell us about that.
Basic x360ce does not work so i had to change the xinput name fill to xinput9_1_0 or something (witch is the right code for "the crew" wich suffured from the same problem), and it worked. I could play training mode without any problem, but the moment I tried to join a pvp match I got stopped because of supposed cheating.
Seeing your post I was thinking it might be because of a similar situation.
For the Dev, It might be something to look into, may be allow either more controller or the possibility to use said software. As a information the controller I used is a trust GTX 39, and the additionnal software being x360ce 64bit version.

Hi all - we're aware of an issue with anticheat making the client unable to launch and one workaround is to verify your files: (known issues thread)
[PC] Easy AntiCheat – Impossible to launch the game
Easy AntiCheat sometimes displays an error message. Afterwards the game doesn´t launch at all or just closes after the intro videos.
Workaround: Use the "Verify File Integrity" option in Uplay PC client. Open your For Honor - Closed Beta game page, click "Properties", and in the "Local files" section select "Verify files".
If that doesn't help, please submit a ticket to support and they can help you look into it further. Thanks!
Do you...do you even attempt to read the description of the error?Originally Posted by UbiNoty Go to original post

Like, did you read the description of the problem? You did the same thing with the last post dealing with the same problem. This is why people are losing faith in Ubisoft.
