When i play with my wireless Xbox One S gamepad on PC, when it vibrate - the game LAGS hard. If i switch off vibration - No more lags in the game! So the main problem in vibration system and bluetooth connection.

Just discovered this same issue.Any time the controller vibrates, the game pauses for a second.Using an Xbox One wireless controller via blutooth.
