    You just Destroyed Tactician, you finally made this a rubbish COD

    Ive been playing some Last Stand, Looks like they hit the Tactician class with the NERF Bat until it got brain damage.

    I was looking forward to this expansion but after playing with my skill focused tach build I have decided to unistall this Call of Duty wanabe

    The Division was supposed to be a TACTICAL game, it was promoted as a TACTICAL shooter but you never really lived up to the E3 demo did you!

    With the normalising of stats they have done away with stats completely and just turned TD into a Class based game like all the other FPS on the market.

    It has slowly turned into a pathetic and crappy FPS where all you do is shoot people in the face or get shot in the facem rinse and repeat. way to appeal to 12 year old ADHD COD players.

    Just remove all the gear and skills, make 6 pre defined Classes and be done with it.

    As a console player I have not been able to test PTS yet, but I'm not looking forward to this based on these forums! On live, I have 4 chars, two are DPS builds and 2 are Skill builds. My DPS are builds are great and I can usually shred the DZ up pretty well, but my Skill builds are so much more fun and a challenge to do it with. Based on how this seems to be going i'm going to be forced to play DPS builds only and that is not the Division i have racked up almost 1000 hours on.

    Sadly mate your suggestion will fall on deaf ears,many of us have been posting rejecting this car wreck that will be 1.6 but as usual no ones listening.....only way forward now is to vote with your feet...........when thers no cannon fodder left to gank and dominate on no one on the servers to match with maybe we'll get a rethink

    That's a whine, not a feedback, you just spreaded out some **** without stating how and why you are up to this conclusion,

    I'm still rolling good with my Tank, DPS and Skill Character.

    the meta is changed? yes

    you have to adapt to the new meta? yes

    this game is unplayable? sorry that's far from the reality.

    The baddest patch i ever seen as always been 1.3 (and curiously your kind of people keep asking for a revamp like that, mono build mono **** kill everything)

    If you cant keep up with the meta then we are eager and glad to bid you farewell, but sorry your kind of people will not be missed at all from the real comunity.

    Whilst I agree with you, I think you should remove the ADHD reference. It is not very nice.

    If you check your D3 build (Because you said a Tank build)
    You will understand the electronic nerf on PTS4 , not just effecting Tactician build

    the shield's cooldown is much longer than before
    And its health got decreased too

    I will say the eletronic nerf is a fail
    Some people just didnt notice/understand it

    If Massive insist the big electronic nerf on patch 1.6
    It will make not a few players leave this game , we will see ...

    Yo!

    I have been playing a Tactician build on PTS1-4 and although it has seen some changes I have still managed to find a way to make it work for my playstyle and adapt to changes they implement.

    Overall I still really enjoy it! The biggest change is the cool down on skills, but that has only meant for myself and the guys I play with that we have to choose our engagements more carefully, not only knowing when to engage but when to retreat also. I use the build primarily for support, with the Airburst for big explosion damage and fire and I heal my team with the Boostershot. Both skills I have at around 21sec cool down. I believe the skill haste set bonus is bugged on PTS4 where it is not being added during Last Stand, so a fix to that will only improve on what I have gotten used to already. I also use any weapon type with the following 3 talents, Competent, Determined and Talented. These help with cool downs, extra damage and skill power. The great thing about this is that I have been able to run with every type of weapon, I am no longer stuck to using limited weapon types.

    My personal performance may not always reflect so greatly on the scoreboards in Last Stand due to how points are gained, but if I run a game where I am able to assist and help keep 1-3 DPSers' alive, allowing them to do their thing and making us able to control objectives, then that is a GG for me.

    In short, my only advice is to try your best to adapt to changes being made, I dismissed it at 1st but ended up loving Tactician and look forward to making a build again on live!

    Unfortunately I have nothing to offer to any other skill builds that feel they have been affected poorly by the changes. But I do keep faith in the fact that Massive are always looking to make changes to improve and balance the game for us.

    ??? In this game should be meta?
    It seems to me that you have an unhealthy and not sporting attitude to the game.

    Even I somewhat agree with OP, i disaggree about D3 build. I dont see big differences in 1.5 and 1.6. I run 4x D3, Specialized backpack and reckless chest. I have close to 120k SP (some SP on mask, nothing in electronics), i remove my healt/resilience perf. mods and ad just damage mods. I try it at Lexington and my feel was same, maybe better than in 1.5 as SMG gets CHC, I rerolled Vicious to Destructive on my SMG (MP5 with Fierce, Responsive, Destructive, 22.5% CHC, close to max roll base dmg - crafted with blueprint). My math says that destructive performs better when my "base" CHC without conditional vicious is 47% and I using talent for pulsing enemy when headshot them and my CHC becomes very close to cap.

    It was walk in park and my shield never broken, honestly i have to say that when shield becomse very weak I try avoid enemy fire and wait for while to regenerate shield healt little bit. But I do it in 1.5 too.

    But you talk only from team play perspective, what about solo players. They are currently able to play tactician at least for PvE and my rogues kill in DZ is best with Tac even I only self defend myself when attacked, I dont do intentionaly PvP in DZ. I can defend myself just becouse seeker mines and very strong booster shot which overheal me with vigorous chest. all about 10 sec cooldown. Now seekers have half damage and 30 sec CD... great.
