Oh and my trigger sensitivity I removed the 10 percent dead zone down to zero on the R-Stick.
Obviously you want you attacks to register as quickly as possible.
If you try this scheme, you'll notice L1 no longer does anything.
Which I find perfect because those top left buttons can be an accidental press annoyance for me on this controller.
They are far different than other controllers for those who might wonder.
The front buttons on top are very flat, and more like actual buttons than triggers you press down.
The rear triggers are similar to conventional controllers, but more comfortable IMO.
So L1 is blank, and L2 being quick chat is not a negative consequence when hit accidentally, and I moved the dead zone to the maximum 50 percent on this side anyway.
Okay back to my original lazy scrub talk dream.
So I posted on Nacon's YouTube video tutorials my update suggestions.
If they ever added letting us use macros and remapping together, which is a wonder why they haven't so far...
And added Stick direction to the macro creation ability, I know exactly what I would do.
I use Orochi.
Who has only four really main movesets.
So I would assign those to the D-Pad.
Up would be Riptide Strike.
Down would be Storm Rush.
Left and Right would be the Zephyr Slashes.
Then I also suggested letting us assign a two button macro activation as well to give us countless macro possibilities.
So if that ever comes to fruition, you are welcome fellow Nacon users, haha.
That way, since my D-Pad would now be my movesets, I could use L2 as a base macro button with the four main buttons for my feats.
Then I'd have to move my quick chat back to L1, or use L1 as the base button.
I wish, I wish, I wish...
