This game is no where near being finished.

It's absolutely ridiculous that around 5 days before Ubisofts full release of this game they STILL have massive connectivity issues. The last closed beta was a **** show, with a ton of server shut downs and your 4V4 dominion game mode not even working for the first day of the beta. And now they still have connectivity issues. I currently cant play the game since the Ubisoft servers are down for me, and when I actually am able to open Uplay it wont even let me start For Honor without giving me a message saying "Product cannot be activated currently, try again later." Ubisoft you CANNOT afford to screw up another one of your games. They are plagued with bad connectivity issues and server outages. Do not release this game on the 14th if your servers cant handle an open beta. I would be perfectly fine with a delay if you can actually fix the issues instead of pushing out a rushed project (like they have been doing for the past two years) and have the opening day be a massive let down. These threads are filled with people just trying to play with friends, but can't because the connectivity issues are SO BAD. Please ubisoft... just give it another month... don't do this to us again

it's a Beta thats the whole point of the beta to report the issues to get them fixed for release. most people understand this but yet these posts continue, instead of just ranting post a constructive post in the technical issues part of the forum.

You think the network infrastructure is getting changed in 5 days? Perhaps you should not insult others intelligence....

That's not true at all regarding betas these days. True betas were, as you said, intended to isolate any remaining issues and to fix them. However, as this beta as well as many others are released directly before launch, there is no denying their intention is to be a demo, not a true beta. It is not at all ridiculous for people to be angry, because just a few days prior to launch, I and many others can't even open Uplay.

Sweet. You think Ubisoft really cares They fugged up so hard on the division and put so much effort into fixin it. It toke one year to get the division to a state where you can acctually enjoy it.

You really think they wait to release this thing? No! They will get all the 60€ for the game and leech your money for the season pass and other microtransaktions inside a 60€ AAA game. And then... just maybe... they start to fix the bugs.

But the fact is: You will get this Game in his current state at 14.02.2017 (or 02.14 how ever you write a simple date in your language) and you will wait one month or two to get the first things patched. And the first Patch will fix some small issues nobody cares about. The real Patch wich makes the game playable for everyone will be released next year. Thats how things work this days. Deal with it.

I think i will quit gaming and put my money in a hobby wich is worth it. Like model planes or wood carving.

edit: i cant even use my steam controller cuz its blocked by the anti cheat engine... top kek

The Beta is to stress test the servers and to root out bugs. Deal with it.

You clearly did not play in Closed Beta - because these issues did not exist then.

Open Beta is essentially a stress test for connection/server issues to prepare for Launch Day release - the game itself runs well, and has very few to minimal bugs - the connection issues are a matter of server load - which is exactly what the Open Beta is for - to gauge what changes they will need to make to their server structure before launch day in 5 days. These problems most likely won't exist past launch day, and if they do, for no more than a couple of days. This is typically par for the course with most online games this seems. But to say it is no where near being finished is a huge exaggeration and simply untrue.
