When he signs onto my computer, he's able to queue up no problem.

For some reason his computer doesn't let him find matches, we can't even do a custom 1v1 together.

We closed down all firewalls known, but not sure what else could be the problem. Have restarted, have made even a new account and still..his accounts work on my computer to find matches vs other players but it doesn't work on his.

The game error he gets is: matchmaking not ready 0002000107
