I personally don't feel any difference..

It is hard to tell if this latency you guys are talking about is maybe just some frustration from not doing so well in the beta? I am not trying to say "git gud" or say that you guys are bad but you guys could have any number of temperaments. (Like people who say "Oh he killed me because of host", "I know I blocked that attack", "oh this guy has no skill so he had to push me off!!!! proceeds to push someone off," and just the average people who always die for some other reason other than them personally messing up)

It's just generally hard to believe since I am not having any problems myself. But a lot of people are saying it feels slower, so it's hard to deny the masses.
But if Ubisoft tells you they changed nothing but what was in the patch notes, would you believe them? I'd guess no, even if they truthfully changed nothing.

If you wanna cancel your pre-order well we will miss you warrior...
I personally feel like people throw out the "I am about to cancel my pre-order" phrase too much and too quick after just a few upsets.. But hey it is your right to cancel it anyway..

    +1 My sentiments are similiar

It feels the same to me too compared to Tech Test 2. I didn't get into the closed beta but I had no trouble picking the game up as if I never left. Nothing feels slower or more awkward except maybe the fact that Orochi now double swipes if I press twice when doing a dodge strike (she does the dodge strike and then swings again afterwards). But I can adapt without too much fuss, just won't be so trigger happy with the Orochi's dodge strikes.

I wonder how many of these "I'm cancelling my pre-order this very minute!!!" phrases come from someone who isn't willing to adapt a little to the latest build and feels entitled to believe the game should change to accomodate them instead. Well I got news for those folks; the devs will most probably continue to tweak and balance the game after release like every single modern PvP game ever invented. If you're prone to being quick to get upset then I'm sorry to see you go but perhaps this game isn't for you.
