    [PC] I keep getting disconnected during the tutorial.

    Hi, I can't play the open beta because I keep getting a disconnection error during the tutorial.

    Critical error 7-000000004, happens about a few minutes into trying to complete the tutorial. I'm playing via steam.

    I've attempted to forward ports but to no success.

    Despite forum stickies to the contrary, none of the current "fixes" have solved this issue.

    I will try again tomorrow, but if this persists I will definitely do all I can to get a refund on my pre-order. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    Any updates on this issue? I am suffering from this same exact situation and cannot find any information on it anywhere, I also pre-ordered the game which is a pretty big deal to me.

    Additionally, I live on a university campus, I was perhaps thinking the problem might be with the IT department here, but I have never encountered any issues with other videogames in the past, nor have I ever experienced a connectivity error of this type before.

    I would greatly appreciate it if someone from tech support could actually help with this issue and not simply copy paste a bunch of links that we've gone through loads of times already. Thank you.

    Having the same exact problem. Also on a University campus. If I can't play simply because I'm a student that's ridiculous.

    7-000000004 as well

    I am also encountering the 7-000000004 error, I am unable to maintain the connection to ubisoft servers for more than a few minutes at a time before being disconnected.
    I'm unable to complete any online match because of this, I'm also on a campus and am unable to make changes to the network settings on routers or modems.

    I do not encounter this error while playing other games on pc or consoles.

    Please look into this issue, as I would like to be able to play the game but cannot in it's current state.

    P.S. Anyone else searching the forum for this issue, it would help if you could at least reply to this thread and chime in as well. The more people who experience a critical issue, the more likely it will be looked into. Cheers

    Most college students are getting Critical error 7-000000004 shortly after connecting to servers, it makes the game completely unplayable. I was going to buy the game but in both the closed and open betas I couldn't play because of the error. It would be nice to have a trial before I decide to buy the game in which I can actually try the game without any server issues.

    Ridiculous

    I get the same issue. Critical error 7-000000004. I'm on a college connection with an open NAT. Every other game I have plays fine online. I can't even get a minute through the tutorial. On top of that, none of the support functions on Ubisoft's support page are working. I get a "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."
