As title says. I reseted my pw (as suggested by the uplay client) but still I have the "account locked" message. What should I do? PS: Salt incoming.
Hi there, iKruos, These locks are temporary, they usually last around 30 minutes. Once the duration has passed you will be able to log in as normal. Please also note that if you try logging in within the 30 minutes this will reset the lock timer.
