Game stuck on Faction pick | Forums

When i open the game i have to watch the trailer and can't skip it in any way(not the main problem). But when the trailer is over a screen prompts me to choose a faction, and none of my keyboard controls work or react. Basically i'm stuck on faction pick screen.

Any ideas why that is?

Well i'm ****ing frustrated now.. I waited months and months to try this game and i can't even pick a ******* faction. It's the ****ing cursor issue. I can see the cursor briefly if i open the task manager, but as soon as i press on the screen it goes away.

Can anyone, ANYONE help me in any way PLEASE with a fking cherry on top

I just fixed this problem by unplugging my usb bluetooth adapter

Hello Skole4k - I'd try perhaps restarting your PC and loading in again. If the same problem occurs it may be something else. Did you happen to unplug your USB headphones during faction pick screen? That has been known to cause the game to freeze. Hopefully you don't run into this problem again, but if you do please contact support and they try to help you troubleshoot the source of the freeze.
