Graphics Stutter While Using Xbox One Controller (Bluetooth)

I'm experience significant graphics stutter every time I block an attack. It makes it VERY difficult to get the hang of the combat system and pretty much ruins the experience.

This was an issue for me and many others in closed beta as well. I have tried changing around many graphics and display settings I can think of that may have anything to do with the issue: windowed mode, borderless window, vsync off/on, motion blur off/on - and nothing has resolved this.

I am using the standard (not elite) Xbox One controller via Bluetooth. My video card is a GTX 1070 and i'm using a G-Sync enabled monitor. Please let me know of a fix. I'm using Nvidia graphics driver version 378.49.

    Thanks.

Those should be the latest drivers, so no problems there. Have you already reported this to the support teams? I'm going to move this over to the support forums for assistance.

Update: Something I forgot to add is that there is currently a known issue related to this. Details below

[PC] Game stutters when you are hit

    • Could be Connected to BLUETOOTH Controllers.
    • Workaround 1: Connect the Controller using USB.
    • Workaround 2: Install Windows 10 Anniversary update.

Open task manager, find the forhonor process in Details, right click, select Set Affinity and deselect one of your cores - i do with the last one. Solved the stutter for me, same problem as in Division.

I have not posted it anywhere else. I did not see a technical support section of the forums. Feel free to move it to where it most helpful. Thanks.

Another detail: I have tried Mouse and Keyboard and there is no stutter.

The core usage suggestion did not work (and I thought it was a little strange) - but disabling vibration in the Controls options of the game works!

It's unfortunate that we cant use Vibration for now...hopefully they fix it!
