i've always wondered what if one of the factions breached through another factions territory until they reached the capital, for an example lets say the vikings successfully breached the heart of the knights where that big figure/statue is, what would happen?

Nothing happens.

I believe the Statues on each faction are reserved to check on Events when they become available, those spots cannot be taken. Even when you are in-game you see those are in gray and they don't share the color of each faction like the rest of the territories
