    Primary weapons

Not sure if anyone agree's but I hope Ubisoft includes an option to only carry one primary weapon if we choose, realistically an operator would never carry be carrying two.The aesthetics of the one gun on the backpack look better in my opinion. Seems like a pretty easy fix hope they make it happen cause theres a lot of other stuff I'm really interested in with this game.

It seems like such an easy option and with many on these forums having been vocal about it, I certainly hope they allow it. Something as simple as just pressing the select button on the second primary you had equipped and it unequips it, just disappears from the side of your backpack... simple, no?

Absolutely. I already mentioned this here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ts-seen-so-far

Here my thoughts: “Another thing are 2 main weapons. Honestly, from a game concept perspective, this makes the idea of a ghost team useless if any of them is a jack of all trades. From a realism point of view, this is ridiculous. Just imagine a bolt action with scope, bipod and suppressor might be about 15kg. Then an assault rifle (loaded), probably 10kg. The ammo for those 2 weapons 100 .308 rounds and 25 .338 rounds would be about additional 3kg. Then pistol, binos, drone, mines, grenades, etc…. I guess you got it. Now please consider how easy it is to carry about 50 to 150 kg of supplies on an altitude of minimum 3000 meters above see level (yes Bolivia is in the Andean chain).“

I found that carrying my primary (in beta it was either the P416 of the MP5) with the Super shorty as a secondary, didn't look ridiculous and seemed fairly realistic!

I could see myself using a small submachine gun, like the mp7, with a sniper at some points as well.

Sorry to point this out, but operators do carry two 'primary' weapons, usually they are just called weapons, and you take what you need, most commonly you carry an assault and sniper variant. Case in point, Chris Kyle normally carried an AR and his Winmag.

Some specialist snipers do carry a backup riffle (M4) in case they get notice up close. We should get the option to equip 1-3 weapons (including pistol only with conceal option) to kep a low profile to blend in while doing recee. Not being noticed unless you pull your concealed weapon.

I think you need to recalculate those weapon weights, a fully equipped MSR is 17 lb (7.7 kg) and a HK416C: 2.950 kg (6.50 lb).

Agree, real life weights are much lighter than the heavy numbers listed. My lightest weight AR setup is just under 6 lb with a 30 round P-MAG and EOTech site, sling and backup MBUS sites.
