Just Dance Now 2017 - room number proxy error
Hi-
For two days now when trying to play Just Dance Now 2017 on an apple ipad I am receiving the error "there is an error retrieving a room number. Please check your internet connection and proxy settings". Nothing had changed on my ipad wifi settings? No proxy is set and all other apps are working fine.

Just Dance Now - Unable to connect
I've also been getting this error for about 4-5 days now. "Unable to Connect" - check your internet connections. Happens at the JustDanceNow (AppleTV app) initial startup screen. My internet is solid and nothing has changed with my internet firewall settings or proxy or anything else. All other AppleTV apps connect fine to the internet.
And,
Trying to play via Mac laptop - I get an error - error connecting to server, check internet connection and proxy settings. My wifi settings haven't changed and internet connection is great, like I said.
Why hasn't Ubisoft issued an trouble announcement on this since it's happening to others too?

I am so annoyed with my whole just dance now experience. I can't connect on my apple tv it just keeps giving me a unable to connect message. I can't connect on my mac because i can't get a room number because there is something wrong with my proxy settings which i have not changed. my vip subscription keeps disappearing. I am really about to ask for a refund and just call it quits cause this is not right

"Unable to connect" error for days
I'm also experiencing the same issue. The initial screen keeps saying that it is "unable to connect". No matter what I do the error keeps coming back.
This has been very upsetting. Could someone from Ubisoft please do something about it. The fact that the company did not post any announcements is frustrating.
