So, we have confirmed that there's no dedicated servers in For Honor (Yet, who knows).
And we have also confirmed that Ranked is gonna be added.
Welp, that makes me wonder, will we get dedicated servers for ranked mode?
Or will we experience the same lack-luster as we do in any other game mode?
All the Lag people got in Beta because someones PING was a little too high.
I hope that isn't the case in Ranked.

They are shooting themselves in the foot if theres no future dedicated servers. (if the latency/host drop problems aren't fixed)

With all the talk there has been about it ; there's no excuse.

unless they magically manage to make the p2p fair/smooth/steady/safe

if they really have big plans for this franchise they have to find a solution... otherwise it'll just be another UBI meme

I think you misunderstood what ranked matches actually are ^^

It's not a new play mode, but just a structure of match making in the background of the existing modes like Duell, Dominion, etc to avoid having high-end players in the same match with newbies.

There won't be a new play mode called "ranked matches" ... it runs in the background.


Edit: I also don't like the fact, we don't have dedicated servers in such a good game ;b
