If you select the gold version in uplay it shows "+ digital deluxe pack" with a smoky execution effect



But if you select the Digital Deluxe version it shows a Sunbeam execution effect



Am I correct to assume that the Sunbeam execution effect is the one you get in deluxe version?

If it is it doesn't look anywhere near how badass a smoky execution effect would look and I'd be very disappointed..

Nobody knows? Would be nice to get cleared up by a mod.

Cancelled my preorder because it seems more likely that the execution effect is the sunbeam shown in uplay store and thats borderline false advertisement if they advertised "smoke effect" and are giving a ****ty looking sunbeam effect..

Its probably switchable, you might get a pre-set execution for each of the classes that uses one of the two effects. Like for example the Orochis "Choke on this" (cant remember what its called) execution where he stabs you in the throat. Might be one of those two effects but its only set to that execution only. At least thats the only way I can think of it. Not sure how they would implement that unless there is something in the settings that wasn't there before during the testing phases.
