Need help from Ubi
I saw the new message in the game today advising me to post any problems directly here in the forum so here goes.....
When Leg 4 of the KTM event ended, I got the dialog box telling me I had won all the prizes for being in the top 5% but they never showed up in my game. I have 7 pieces of Plant Food from the loot wheel but the four I won are MIA so that track is still showing 7/10. Bayou Boatride is also missing. I'm also missing the final blueprints for the KTM 450. I finished in the top 5% each week and have all the blueprints from the first three weeks but still need week 4.
I'm one of the riders who won the KTM 450 when week 1 ended early. I had upgrades running on it when the bug fix came out and the bike disappeared from the garage but the upgrades kept running in the background. When the upgrades completed, I got the bouncing checkmark on the garage door indicating I had upgrades to install. But there's no KTM 450 in the garage to apply the upgrades to so my game crashes every time I enter the garage now. My 450 should be at level 5 across the board. I also won enough blueprints to complete the Stallion at the end of the last bunker season but can't build that bike either because my garage door won't open.
Lastly, I'd still like the 70 gem credit we were supposed to get for Lost Descent. I had earned 6 pieces from the loot wheel so when leg 1 ended I should have been able to add those 4 pieces and unlock it but instead I lost the original 6 pieces and was left with only the 4 new ones. I've already purchased the pieces I need and have unlocked the track but still waiting on the gem comp. To be honest, I used a fair number of gems over the last 4 weeks on respins to get all the various track pieces I needed and haven't kept track of my gem total so if you tell me you've already credited me, I'll believe you. I haven't been prompted to load a server save so that's what's making me think I haven't received them yet. UPDATE - 2/9 - RECEIVED 70 GEMS TODAY!! THANKS CAPTIAN WEELIE!!!
I hope we can figure this out. As my way of saying thanks for the event, I purchased the Red Bull bundle and the +25 Fuel bundle in the last couple of weeks to help out the bottom line. This event was great so keep 'em coming! I'm afraid my account needs major surgery and I apologize in advance to whichever poor soul at Ubi gets this. I'm kinda throwing up all over your shoes!
To sum up.....
1. Need 3 pieces of Plant Food.
2. Need Bayou Boatride.
3. Need Week 4 blueprints for KTM 450
4. Need KTM 450 upgraded to level 5.
5. Need to verify that all Stallion blueprints from the last bunker season made it into the garage.
6. Need to fix my garage door so I can get in and build KTM and Stallion.
7. Need 70 gems. UPDATE - 2/9 - RECEIVED 70 GEMS TODAY!! THANKS CAPTAIN WEELIE!!!

I agree, I am fortunately only missing 4 pieces of dark smoke from this last event. But this among other issues have yet to be resolved. I submitted a support ticket just asking for any info on how I could obtain the map pieces, and a week later got the cookie cutter response saying that ubi cannot help with "gameplay issues".... ?.... Apparently there are so many folks frustrated right now with the lack of response to issues ( and lack of resolution) regarding this last event. If you do reach any conclusion with the issues you mentioned please let us know. Good luck my friend

Hi DMac, this thread has been silent for a while, sorry about that. you’ll find your answers below –
There was indeed a bug that ended up giving away the complete KTM450 Rally bike to a lot of players (you included) that was later recalled, when we ran a script to recall the bikes and give out the correct rewards for the KTM Rally Challenge event. For you, since you were in the top 5% all 4 weeks, you should be getting 30 Blueprints for the KTM450 Rally. The problem is that a lot of players applied upgrades to the bikes before they were recalled, and this led to the garage freezing/crashing when we gave out the prizes again (bike / bike BPs included). So from what I gather, you should have 30 Blueprints in your garage to build the KTM450 Rally by now (because we ran the script), but since the garage is freezing for you, you may not be able to upgrade the bike right now. We have solved this issue and it will take effect from the next update on, which should be out in the next two weeks. For now, there’s a way around this – you can switch to airplane mode on your device (keep WiFi on) and use the garage without freezing. In case you do not have 30 Blueprints for the KTM450 Rally, please let me know. 
Now for the list of issues you mentioned –
1. We can’t give out track pieces (but we could figure out a solution for you once it's available in the daily shop)
2. Okay, you’ll get Bayou Boatride as it's your reward!
3. You should have got the blueprints for the bike by now!
4. Your upgrades will automatically be applied the next time you get/build the bike in the garage
5. Do check on the Stallion blueprints once the garage works and let us know

Hi NO-bwestlie - Sorry about your experience. Sometimes, it takes a while to get back to players for various reasons, but that being said, none of your issues shared here are ignored. Everything reaches the devs, but some issues take a little longer to solve than others, hence the delay in responses/solutions. I hope you understand

I have the same problem: missing 4 blueprints. I haven't received any server popup. I made a ticket but no news...

CaptainWeelie - Thanks for the response. Great workaround on the garage issue! It worked! Why didn't I think of that?!?
1. I'll wait until I see Plant Food pieces available for purchase then see what kind of deal we can figure out.
2. Let me know if there's anything I need to do on my end to unlock Bayou Boatride.

4. As soon as I built the 450 I applied the pending upgrades but they only got me to level 1. I'm thinking the other 4 levels will be applied in your next update to get my bike to level 5? Honestly, just having the bike is great. If I have to pay for those upgrades again, it's not the end of the world.

6. Garage door fixed with airplane mode work-around!
Thanks again for getting back to me! Let me know if I should start upgrading the 450 or not. I'd hate to foul it up again if some upgrades are coming from your end.
