    Golden tickets not received after successful purchase

    Hello!

    I bought the biggest option of golden tickets... It said payment successful and immediately after that it stated unable to connect. I closed the game and logged in again and guess what? I have zero golden tickets... i want my 1100 golden tickets back

    There is an open case at the Ubisoft Support, but seems no one cares as there is no response for more than a week already.

    Email the Play/Apple store with your receipt and they will refund the purchase.

    That was the plan, but when i saw the in-game notification about posting bug reports on the forum i decided that i must to try it out. It's just .. i don't want to report my favorite game for terms violation and fraud behavior.

    Well, turns out that refunds are only available for 48 hours after the purchase, after that period its up to the developer's decision... As citizen of the European Union i can try legal procedure which can take from few months to years...

    I just noticed that the golden tickets are restored. So i consider this as resolved. Thanks!
