I am having a problem with the pre-download ...

When I click on the PC-Version I just come to a page, which ask me to activate the product per key?!

How can I process?

Close Uplay completely. Go to the link for preload again. It will then reopen Uplay itself. I was having the same issue.

This hasn't helped me at all, it's still asking for a key. Where does one get a key ?

Please completely reinstall your Uplay client then run it as administrator once reinstalled.
