Trials Frontier on Apple TV?
Checked the app store on my Apple TV the other day and found out that Trials Frontier has been released! Haven't been playing this game for almost two years now I think, so was tempted to try it.
It requires you to have a game controller in order to play and I don't, so I'm posting this to find out if it's worth it or not to buy a controller? Have anyone tested it? How is it to play with a controller instead of touch controls? Does the controller support work in the iOS app as well (can I play with the controller on my iPad)?
Haven't been able to find any hands-on reviews either here, on google or youtube so I really hope someone can answer my questions
If it's great, I might buy a controller on my way home today!

Well if TF is avail on apple tv store then why not on Mac Store I would love to play this on my iMac or xbox 360/PS3 etc... In fact RL Dev's should give iOS devices option to use GamePad with there iPhone. I would love to use GamePad on my iPhone 5s.

I tried the Apple TV experience and it's not bad. You can sync your game progress with your iOS devices and the controller works fine or at least as expected(not really Trials Fusion standards but still). You still can't use a controller with the iOS version of the game. To buy a controller for solely the purpose of this game maybe I wouldn't recommend if you are not very rich. The Mfi controllers are still crazy expensive and even if I liked the experience I have gone back to play with touch controls myself (I guess mostly because of the learning curve).
So to sum it up: It's a good option if you are:
1)very rich or have some other use for the controller
2)don't expect trials fusion
