Pre-load only up for PC? I see it under Free Games in Uplay, but I play on PS4, so where's the download for consoles?

yeah you can only pre-download in the UK so far, seems good right? Lets let the 6th largest game region on the world download it over the 2nd so that I have to DL it slower with all the crappers who will be downloading it after school.
