Thanks for the opportunity to play the Beta (well, I actually paid for it...) Anyways, I’m an old-school gamer of 55-years old and I have some questions and comments for the developers, or anyone who cares to contribute. Will the progress I made in the Beta carry over to the game when it’s released? I kind of hope not because I would like to begin the game again with a clean slate. I am really liking the bullet detection hit sounds (resounding thud) when a bullet hits an enemy. However there seems to be some lag in long range trigger-to-impact times, though I suspect this was all based on real-time/real world firearm physics/mechanics; true? If so that’s good enough for me. I would like to see a bit more redness to the mist that accompanies a headshot. Some of the enemy death mechanics seem kind of “cartoonish”. I would like to see a greater variety of enemy “hit/death” behavior; like an enemy taking a hit in the arm or leg and trying to hobble away. Is there any animation wherein an enemy attempts to surrender if he is overrun or when he is the last enemy standing? Does knocking an enemy out render them knocked-out/incapacitated indefinitely? Do enemies detect me easier or sooner than my AI teammates? I ask because several times in the Beta my AI teammates ended up on the other side of a fence from me, in an enemy encampment, and it seemed they were wandering around in plain sight. Yet none of the enemies seemed to notice. When you pick-up an enemy’s dropped weapon do you simply carry it as is, or is it added permanently to your arsenal to customize? Any possibility of tweaking the cover mechanic so it’s more like Rainbow Six or The Division? I really like the pop-out-and-shoot mechanic on these games. In GR Wildlands, my character creeps along a wall or cover just fine, but when it’s time to take the shot he has to step out in the open. Seems awkward and very unrealistic. Thank you everyone for your time. Good day.
