Just reopened my ticket too... I was shorted 1 blueprint, 4 map pieces and the map Fair Winds.. I got 40 gems for the map pieces and they forwarded the Fair Winds map to me, but I'm still short the KTM Blueprint. I would have been happy to pay 10 gems for the piece, but the offer to buy 10 pieces for $15 is absurd. Fingers crossed they forward me my missing piece, I'm a month behind upgrading the bike!

When the screen pops up asking if you want to keep your local or server save, choosing local will push your local save to the server and selecting server will push your server save to your device. It'll pop up if there are any strange inconsistencies.Originally Posted by Zask06 Go to original post
The only known way to force this screen, that I can think of, is to delete your local save, but that probably won't achieve much and is likely to lose a few hours of progress.
