    Now it will be Interesting...

    I research step 4 at ktm 450 and it finish now.

    If i go to garage it springs always to the ktm, but i can´t click because there the 2 cards lost. If i try to click the game closed.

    The Support with the Ticket Number 04308027 can´t help and is uncompetent.

    I'm also truly sorry to hear that troubleshooting steps didn't work

    Unfortunately at this time you are not the only player experiencing this. A few players have reported the same issue and we have reported this to our game developers. We are forwarding all information regarding our players device model and operating system version, to assist them solving this issue.

    We have also forwarded our players concerns regarding not being able to play. But please note that solving this issue is not a quick process, because altering any part of the game can lead to more issues arising, instead of solving the ones at present.

    In the meantime, unfortunately, I have no further troubleshooting steps to offer that may help with this issue. I'm really sorry for that. Please rest assured that when there are news regarding this, all players will be informed in our Forums and Facebook.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Meanwhile my garage is crashing everytime I enter, the game stops automatic. Then I send the error log and the game restarts.

    Making screenshots there for can be difficult.

    The steps given to troubleshoot didn't work for me.

    I will try to make all necessary info available.

    On the first place I would like to apologize for the time we took to reply to your query.

    I am also truly sorry that you lost your KTM 450 Bike , this is not ok at all, as this is one of my favourite games and I get sad every time I hear someone is not being able of playing it 100%

    I will send you a few troubleshooting steps and I hope this helps on sorting this out. If by any chance they don't, please provide me the information bellow, so we can look at this matter closely.

    Here they go:

    *Please note the following steps may differ slightly depending on your device.

    - Please make sure your device is updated to the latest firmware.
    o You should be able to check for a software update by accessing your phone system settings.
    o You may wish to consult your device handbook for further instructions.

    - Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
    o Access ‘Google Play Store’
    o Press the menu button and select ‘My Apps’
    o If there is an update for your app it should be listed here, tap the app to install it.

    - Try restarting your device.
    o Hold down the power button and select ‘Restart’

    - Please disable 'Power Saving' mode if your device has this feature.

    - Close down any other background apps before accessing your app.
    o Access your devices ‘Task Manager’
    o Go the ‘Active’ or ‘Running’ tab
    o Close down your applications from here.

    - Please try accessing the app with a full battery.

    - Please set the device to ‘Airplane Mode’

    The following steps are connectivity related:

    **Please note the display may look different depending on the android device you are using as well as the operating system. However, all steps given are generic and you should be able to reproduce them on any device.

    1) Please forget the wifi settings. This can be done by going to your wifi menu, holding down on the network you wish to forget and then pressing forget network. After doing this, please re-add the network and try to join it.

    2) If this doesn’t work, please trying connecting to another wifi network if possible to see if the issue lies with the network you are on.

    3) Failing this, please restart the device. This can be done by holding down the lock button and then pressing the restart option

    4) If this fails, please try power cycling the device and the router. This is done by powering off the android device, then removing the power to your router. Leave both devices off for about 2 minutes then return the power to your router. Once the router has settled down, turn on your android device and attempt to join your wifi network if it doesn’t join automatically.

    If this does not resolve your issue, please provide me with:

    - Screenshot of your Garage
    - The make and model of your device
    - The current operating system.
    - Available free space on device

    After my login the ktm rally bike is gone and when looking in the bike shop 2 parts are missing. Also my upgrades on the ktm bike are gone.

    Hey guys,

    I just realized today that Im missing 2 piece of the blueprints too :/
    I had won all the blueprints, I had built it and try it, but now its gone :/

    Is there any solutions now or this is still in progress?
    I wanted to make a ticket in game but it says "Some problem occur, try it later" so thats why I came here.

    I hope all of us will get what we earned

    Missing KTM bike

    Hi,
    i start the game yesterday, and when I go to the garage I spotted that my KTM bike was missing. I already uploaded it to lvl 2 and now it is gone...

    Just tried it in airplane mode and it didn't crash when I go into the garage but I'm still missing blueprints. I'm hopeful that something will be done to fix this cause so many people are having this same issue.

    Missing KTM 450 Bike

    The KTM 450 bike disapeared from my garage, and know there are 2 missing pieces from the bike. Can you please help fixing this.

    Same Problem for me.
    KTM gone and 2 Parts missing.
    Garage crashes when i try to enter cause it trys to scroll to the non existent KTM which has finished upgrades.
    The Symbol for the finished upgrades does appear though. But i cant enter the Garage anymore nor do i have the KTM.

    If only I could get an update myself ...
    I made a ticket about me pressing back on the rewards page for the 1st week aswell.
    Unfortunately since Jan 22nd I didn't get any update, nor did the "Community Manager" that asked for my ticket number provide any help :/

    So it's been a month and a half and I'm just waiting here for my leg 1 rewards to be put into my account as I really wanted to start grinding some tracks with the KTM 450 bike ...
